My IT Director clued me into the best solution to upgrade my new (secondhand) laptop. This was it! Installed easily and worked perfectly from the start.

Upgraded from an HDD and whoa, boot time is only a few secs. My loading time have been improved and very snappy. Does not come with SATA cable or 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch HDD mount adapter.

Buying this SSD was like buying a new PC. A fresh installation of Windows 10 boots in about 5 seconds. And after been using it for a few weeks now, it still boots very fast! Highly recommended.

Simple to install, fast and stable, the Samsung drive allowed me to switch to the latest OS and run current image processing software. Everything that needed to be used came with the item. Nice and easy.

I have an office of 20+ Macs, and as performance decreases for these laptops, the first thing I do is replace the hard drive with a Samsung EVO 850. The improved overall performance is vastly better.

Purchased using a price match from another store, no issues. Replaced the drive easily in a Dell Latitude E6510, installed a fresh copy of Windows, working great. Much faster than the original drive.

This is the best thing i ever did to improve the speed of my mid-2010 MacBook Pro. If you machine is slow and you don't want to invest in a new MacBook, this is a very inexpensive fix! Just do it!!

You can find cheaper SSDs this size, but you can't find something this fast or reliable for the price.

These are great drives that I've used for the operating system drive in several computers I've built. I put the software applications on the same drive so everything loads REALLY fast.

Samsung makes a good drive and it was easy to install. My only regret was that I bought it at Best Buy. I usually buy at Amazon, which was cheaper, but I needed it right away. What really irritated me was that Best Buy lowered the price 17 days later by $50. Of course 15 days price match is there policy. I learned my lesson. But I do like the drive.

This is a great replacement drive for my 2011 MacBook Pro 13". I also upgraded RAM to 8GB at the same time. My MacBook Pro runs much faster after the upgrade. Thanks for the great product!

I bought this to upgrade my tower that had just a normal HDD and wow what a difference. Makes me regret not doing it sooner, what a speed difference! Makes it feel like a completely new computer!

What more can I say? I own two of these and they are fantastic. Super fast boot time. I don't install many programs on my SSDs as I have two 1TB HDDs in RAID 0 for my games. Well worth the money.

A great SSD for a variety of PCs. Installed in a business pc and brought new life and usability to the machine. Been using these drives with a lot of success over the last few years.

Have used Samsung EVO SSD's in the past and have never had any trouble with them at all. Have had one of them in the same computer for several years now without a single hiccup or issue.

The Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD is fast. Faster would be their "Pro" model, but based on the cost difference, I like this Samsung EVO 500GB SSD. I have a few of these and they work very well.
