This is such a great thing to have in your computer. It makes it so much faster and is great when your always in a hurry and can't wait 10 minutes for your computer to boot up and turn on normally.

I bought this to upgrade the laptop HDD, same HDD i use in my custom build desktop. Personally, I love the Samsung SSDs - reliable and well built. It makes system performance increase like 10x!

This hard drive accomplished two things for me... it significantly increased the speed of my MacBook Pro...and because of that, I did not spend the$2,800 I planned on for a new computer!

I bought this to take the place of an old HDD I used for photo editing in Lightroom. I should have done it sooner because this drive is extremely quick when compared to the older style HDD.

The upgrade was simple with this. The cloning software copied the original drive's info onto the new ssd. Switched the drivesame and booted up very quickly. Best way to increase performance.

Everything loads extremely fast. If I had to do over again I would probably swing for the 1tb version. I keep a few key programs and the OS on the SSD and the rest on an external. It very well.

I would highly recommend this if you are looking to give your older laptop a new lease on life before you send it into retirement. This worked like a charm on my Mid 2010 Macbook Pro.

I have struggled with computer hard disks a lot. I have lost a lot of information because of mechanical malfunction of the disk. I am trying this solid state disk and will see how it'll do

I recently upgraded a 2008 MacBook from a spinning drive to an SSD to help performance. Easy installation and my MacBook now boots in half the time and loads applications much, much faster.

Replaced old hard drive in my 2011 MacBook Pro laptop with this SSD and now it boots in close to 15 secs. Battery life is around the same while running programs. Love this drive and you will too

I love Samsung solid-state drives. This one is just like all the rest type used… Works just as it should and comes with the software to make cloning or migrating to a new drive easy.

Got this to upgrade to speed up my laptop. Boot time went from 2 minutes to 20 seconds. The Samsung software makes it very easy to Clone the existing drive and installing was simple!

Have purchased several of these to upgrade all the computers that I use. The Solid State is so much faster... and I have had zero problems out of the Samsung drives I have installed.

I have a pair of these drives configured in RAID 0 as storage. Coupled with my M.2 NVMe boot drive, they make my system blindingly fast, and I have no HDD lag on my SATA bus, either!
