I bought two of these for a major laptop upgrade. I carefully inserted the first one in a portable drive. The capacity registered as 119 G! I tried everything I could think of, finally putting it in a real Sata III slot in a PC. It still showed only 119 G. I called Samsung; they said it must have been tampered with.
I plugged in the second one. With more effort than the first I was able to read 119G. What? So I returned both and got a prompt refund from Best Buy.
I still want this drive, but I would prefer a working one.

It is fast but it takes a while to actually get past the white screen for a mac. Once my computer goes to sleep it turns off my computer so it isn't the greatest. Only thing it has going for it, is that it is very fast.

Cloning of my old 650Gb drive took about 5 hours, no issues however, the Migratio notified me that it is completed, I shut dow my PC, installed new SSD, connected all the cables back to PC and while being under my desk, pushed the power button. At the time I stood in the front of a desk (5 seconds) it was a login prompt on the screen. Welcome to XXI century...
Why I did not upgrade a year ago? Anyway, Samsung Evo Pro rocks!
