    I was excited when the installers took it out of the box. Unfortunately, it was broken and had to return it but if your looking for something huge, THIS IS IT

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU9000 TV and for sharing the issues that have caused you to return your unit. I am very sorry to see that your screen exhibited damage upon opening and setup. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

    To date I have been unable to register my TV the system does not recognize my model

    Hisense H6510G for $999 Instead!

    Buy the Hisense H6510G instead. I tried this Samsung, an 86" LG, a Sony 85"XBR900H, and eventually landed on the Hisense H6510G for $999. Best bang for your buck by far is the Hisense! My family all preferred the Hisense when we campared it to the Sony while playing the exact same content at the exact same time.
