Pop in one of these solid state drives and see it fly again. The hard drive has been the bottleneck in the machines using the mechanical drive technology. Dang this is fast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my 7200rpm hard drive with this SSD and man does windows and programs boot fast. It used to take me 1-1.5 minutes to boot windows 10, now we are like 10-20 seconds. I actually turn my laptop off everytime now since it boots faster than my old one waking up from sleep. I recommend you do a clean install of windows than cloning old hard drive. YOu can then use the old drive as a external harddrive.
