I have never had a SSD before but putting this in my computer and installing my operating system on it took my computer that would normally take anywhere from 2-3 mins to load into windows down to 25-30 secs to get to the login screen. WOW that is a huge difference. I have had no problems with this product and as of now am a firm believer in the SSD.

It is a stable and fast hard drive, never had to change it and it can replace any SATA hard drive connection you currently have. Works with a laptop or desktop. A Desktop will require a mounting bracket for it to fit.

New Drive

I took it in to Geek Squad and they suggested that I should change out the drive to a Solid State Drive. It has less memory, but is by far faster than when I first got the Laptop. It was well worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone that has the same problem,

What speed, get this

It has sped up my computer big time. I didn't bother getting the 500GB drive as my last computer only had 130GB used out of a 700GB drive. If I need to store stuff, I have a back up drive. But get the size you need, you will be happy you did.

Great storage at a great price

This drive has been great, no problem so far and easy installation.

Bring a budget PC back to life

To speed up the OS installation, never mind the use of the computer afterwards, I needed an SSD, and this was a great value, particularly given that the user of this computer hadn't even used half of a 500 GB hard drive.

Great price for SSD

This one comes with cloning software for easy installation. I can now say my computer is running super fast on switching profiles, running windows 10. Takes about 10 secs to login in compared to 2-5 minutes for a HDD. Will be back for the next one for laptop. Thanks Best Buy
