This is a good SSD, help my MacBook be more faster.

This thing brought an old and slow computer we thought was a goner back to life... seriously - the speed on this drive made all the difference. If your computer is slowing down - you should do some research and see if this will solve your problem too....

Ridiculously easy to set up and just crazy fast...

Put the SSD into a 2014 laptop with an original HDD and original 4 GB of RAM. Added 8 GB (up to 12 GB of RAM) and the laptop runs like new for bing over 7 years old with the SSD. WARNING: the SSD will cause crashes if you don't increase the RAM beyond the 4 GB stock.

Purchased for my wife's boot drive on her computer and definitely increased performance for boot up on her old XPS 8300. Highly recommend for older systems. Make sure that you have a spare SATA cable or just pick one up for around $10. Data migration is a snap with Samsung's free DLC.

This was the first SSD drive I purchased to replace one that had failed. It is a perfect match for the one I had to replace. Installation was quick and easy. I was able to PXE boot the system and reimage the drive with no issues whatsoever.

This is my first time owning a SSD for my PC setup. I've always had mechanical HDDs so owning a SSD is a new experience for me. All I can say is wow, I cant believe on the speeds that I have been missing out on. It still surprised me that Samsung was actually a reputable brand when it came to SSDs.

I put one of these drives in a 5 year old toshiba touchsreen laptop along with an extra 4gb of ram and it performs better than it did when it was new. Samsungs data transfer software makes the process easy, you cant go wrong with these drives, I've installed them in all my computers with no problems.

Added this to an older laptop that wasn't performing well. It's like I got a brand new computer! Installation was easy and the whole process went flawlessly. Happy to extend the life of an older device without having to invest in a whole new computer at the moment. Highly recommended it!

Samsung makes reliable jump drives and hard drives. I trust them to make the SSDs that I rely on in my home and for my business clients. This product gets the job done and is reasonably priced.

Used it to upgrade my 5 years old laptop and the results were amazing, instant startup and amazing speed upgrade, of course this is from Samsung so that's extra comfort, hope it keeps running same way for some time, happy with purchase!!

This was by far the best/cheapest computer hardware investment I’ve made in years. I have a couple old MacBook Pro 2013 models that became almost unusable. Replaced both spinning Hitachi drives with these and they run faster than ever. Back from the dead!! Wish I had done this years ago.

I have bought many brands of solid state drives and these Samsung are the best one out there...Hands Down!! Not worth saving a few bucks on the others. Get the best. It also has the best cloning software(even though you have to download it yourself) easy to use and works like a charm

SSD's at a good price. Best Buy often has sales on these so it is quite possible to buy a quality SSD at a discount. Even an eight year old laptop or desktop will be at least ten times faster just by installing one of these drives.

This is a fast, simple, and reliable drive. The larger capacity version is probably a better buy now, but I only needed a quick drive for a work computer and this made a tremendous difference in that computer’s responsiveness

My laptop was crazy slow and would freeze and have had at 100. Learned it might be a hard drive going out. Replaced with this and cloned it all over. Now it is crazy fast again and I don't want to buy a new computer anymore. Thanks. 2 minutes of installation was a sinch

As about as good performance you will find in a SATA3 SSD drive. Coupled with Samsung's pedigree for reliability and this thing is a win. Price was right as well. BB had in stock and bought 6 in one go. Great buy!

I was trying to clone the NVMe ssd from a new computer to a larger capacity one that I had also bought. I didn't have the right cords or adapters to do this but realized that if I had another regular size ssd I could do it with the cables I had. This ssd was not the cheapest one I could get but it had the benefit of being a Samsung one which made the cloning process super easy as Samsung provides cloning software for free online if using Samsung harddrives. Great buy, and now I have a backup ssd if I ever need one.
