    I brought my laptop in for what I thought would be a sound card issue. When diagnosed, it was the hard drive failing. I replaced the hard drive for a minimal cost in comparison to a new laptop. Once the repair was done, I still didn't have sound, but they supplied me with external speakers, and that solved my problem. I couldn't be happier with the repair and the Geek Squad.

    Purchased this to upgrade my PNY 120 GB SSD as I was running out of space. My usual backup tool would not let me restore to a bigger SSD. But Samsung data migration did the OS migrate just fine and now I have a 250GB Samsung SSD for my OS drive. Works great. It was a little more expensive but well worth the extra cost for the free copy of Samsung Migration.
