My printer could not be detected/installed. Geek Squad [3 levels of techs] could not solve the problem. They said they spoke with Samsung. New printer occasionally needs to be re-booted. Have lots of Samsung products and rarely a glitch. Other peripherals and rest of functions work great.

My financial institution did not recognize my new hard drive, for instance. Have a new appointment with Geeksquad to straighten things out. Telephone connections are impossible; wait times impossible with no answer anyway. Nothing but frustration!

I was running Windows 7 64bit and had just received the last Microsoft updates they were handing out. To top it off my network drive failed to save other updates for my hardware!
