does not work in win 10 with 1903

I cannot recommend buying a Samsung evo ssd of any model or size, as it will not work inside win 10 with 1903 as of 0?/0?/2019. Check online "my xxx evo does not work after installing, upgrading, migrating..WHAT EVER !!, my win 10'. caveat emptor. It will work in a USB enclosure.
