I found out that my PC needed a new Hard Drive, but, my company had no budget for parts for employee PCs. Fortunately, there was a Best Buy just down the street a couple of blocks. I was able to walk in, buy the Hard Drive, and my company Repair Tech was able to fix my PC the same day.

Samsung - 860 EVO 500GB Internal SATA Solid State

May be it is due to Windows 10 problem. I had to buy($12) external usb -sata cable to connect to the laptop and then I downloaded the migration software from samsung website to complete the backup process. Its very simple and easy.
