Decent price for SSD. Fast response time. Easy to install.

First experience with a solid state internal hard drive (I'm old school and slow to change). Drive installed easily, Copied my back up of the old drive on the new one using Macrium Reflect. SSD definitely speeds up boot time and general use compared to a standard hard drive. Good price, will buy again soon for my other computer.

I have been using SSDs in almost all my machines, and while some use Samsungs, the other machines have various other brands. Samsungs have been consistent in its performance, in fact, I bought this drive partially to replace another branded drive on a laptop. Tne New 860 is way faster than the 840 and 830s that run on my computers.

I've been using (and installing several) Samsung drives for over a year, and they stay consistently fast and dependable. Read other reviews and tests, and they usually outperform about any other brand. I especially like their Migration tool, which clones any other drive perfectly, and as fast as any other cloning program.

This drive replaced my old original standard hard drive. I have super fast speeds in all areas. Windows loads up like I have never seen before having this drive. I used the clone software included and everything worked perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase. Best Buy has the greatest products.

This ssd is great. Its fast and the software makes it run even better. So far, I don't have any negative opinions about this drive. 500 GB is a great size for a primary drive. The drive can be complemented with a hdd drive to run games or to use as a main storage drive.

This is a very reliable consumer grade SSD drive that gets along with just about any computer. It provides a great speed boost to any system. The drive also gets along with a wide variety of cloning software so you can very quickly speed up your current system without having to do a full reload.

Cloning my old drive and subsequent install was a breeze. This is absolutely in my opinion the best bang for your buck. Plus, going with a good and reliable brand in their 860 Evo model is a no brainer. I would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Bought to replace a smaller drive. Speed is great and is more than enough for my desktop. Install was simple with the 2.5 to 3 inch adapter. If this is your first drive you will need cables.

My seagate hard drive crashed on my desktop pc. Decided to upgrade to solid state. Big difference. Starts up quicker and quieter. Samsung hard drive is great. Excellent price at Best Buy. The best thing is that they stock them in the store. I was able to get it right away. Didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped.

This is the 3rd SSD drive I have purchased of the Samsung Solid State drives. The read/write speeds are very fast and the drive itself is compact and creates little to no heat. Great in a PC or installed in the PS4 or even put in a USB enclosure and using with any game system to boost the speed for faster game loading.

I like Samsung products I think they make a good hardware. I just bought this recently because I was upgrading my rig, this was really easy to install and immediately noticed by windows. I put a lot of my games on there and they load up a lot faster than the HDD, I recommend it.

After doing some research on the best gaming SSD's, I went and picked up the EVO 860. It's extremely fast, reliable and scored well across multiple tests on various websites. I'd definitely recommend this drive to anyone looking to replace an older drive or anyone wanting to run games off of an SSD.

I have become a firm believer in solid state drives. When my traditional hard drive on my computer went out. I replace it with the Samsung - 860 SSD. It is amazing the improvement of the overall computer performance. Especially how quickly it boots up.

Bought to replace the hard drive in my 07 iMac. Data transfer went smooth. Performance has greatly enhanced with the SSD format. Much faster and smoother in an older computer. Got it on sell so it was a great deal. Hard to go wrong with the Samsung SSDs of you can find them for the right price.
