Great SS Drive

Not knowing the difference in drives I just went with what was recommended by Geek Squad. As of now no problems at all. Having TTS gives me piece of mind. Geek Squad has always been great with their recommendations for my electronics when they break. Thanks again, and so far so good. With that said I would reccomend a SS hard drive if you need to replace one.

Solid !! Hard Disk

I barely hear any hard disk sound on my computer anymore. Highly recommend SSD drive and the price for this one at Best Buy was just right.

Great upgrade for my Macbook Pro mid-2012 model

Before the upgrade, my computer was so slow - it took 20 minutes just to turn it on and have it functioning - I avoided using it. After the upgrade, my computer would open up right away when turned on. Very nice and fast!

Revived my windows laptop

Awesome! PS: Had to purchase extra cable to transfer data from HDD to SSD.

I run nothing but Samsung EVO ssds because they are simply the best. I have 2 1tb and 1 500gb in my custom gaming rig and this one went into my wifes gaming rig that I built for her. Performance is best in class as is the durability. If you are saving a couple of bucks by going with a different brand you need to rethink it.

Nice Christmas present
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This drive was installed as an upgrade for my HP x360 11.6 inch laptop that came with a traditional 2.5 inch magnetic hard drive. The laptop was a bit difficult to open up for hard drive access, but manageable with the help of youtube tutorials. Used a free version of Macrium reflect to clone the original drive to this one prior to swapping them out. Laptop now boots to a usable state in less than a minute.

Good for price

Worth the extra $20 for double the memory. Couldn't make myself get the next step up. So far so good though. It's working on my new and first pc build. I'm just hopeing I don't have to manage running out of space like I did on my old 500GB PS4. Then again, I have an external hard drive for programs I don't frequently use.

These drives are top notch. Super fast performance. My eight year old laptop performs faster than my brother in law's 2018 MacBook Pro plus the internal temperature has dropped drastically. Best upgrade I've ever done!
