I bought this in order to grade my computer and I put Windows on this drive. Windows starts up super fast and transfer speeds are exceptional. I believe Samsung is the finest Solid State Drive on the market. The young lady that assisted me was friendly, helpful abd very knowledgeable . Highly recommend this drive!!

I have had this for 6 months and not seen 1 issue with it. I bought it on the recommendation of the I.T. guy at my company when my harddrive started failing in my Lenovo touchscreen all-in-one computer. He was right to steer me to the solid state harddrive. I even had him install one on my office computer. It is so much faster than anything I have ever used.

I put this drive in a cheap computer I bought for college. It originally had a 5400RPM drive in it that took a long time to boot up and was just slow. I put this Samsung drive in this computer last night and it is as fast as my good computer. If you need to upgrade from a magnetic hard drive and are thinking about a SSD, I highly recommend this drive.

Replaced the drive in the kitchen computer with this SSD and ir was like getting a rand new machine, amazing! No one would use this machine and we almost threw it away until we replaced the drive. Samsung SSDs rock, we have since upgraded another marginal device and are thrilled with the performance and the savings, not to speak of saving something from the landfill

It serves the purpose for recording a 4K footage, straight out from camera. it gives around 512 mbps good for recording, but not for editing the 4k footage, if you are looking for video editing then Samsung - 970 EVO PRO or PLUS Internal PCI Express 3.0 x4 (NVMe) Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology with a casing is a beast !!

My company purchased this to replace a failing HDD in our Panasonic CF-53 Toughbook. So far the machine boots up faster and runs programs better than it ever has since getting the Windows 10 upgrade. Installation was easy thanks to the drive cloning software that you can download from Samsung but you must provide the USB adapter cable in order to clone the drive externally.

Got this for my wife's slow-to-boot laptop. Used Samsung's downloadable software to clone her hard drive. 2 hours later it was ready to swap out. Her laptop is MUCH faster now! Did have to get a USB/STATA adapter (purchased elsewhere) to do the cloning but I needed one anyway to salvage data from some old hard drives.

The price was right and surprisingly the drive is a good preforming drive.

I had them install this on my Acer pc after I got the " No Bootable Device" message on it 2 weeks after getting a replacement. My laptop works better in my opinion. I was told my Acer when I bought it, was a 256gb SSDI, but it was not, as I learned this by having to get this done. It is fast and I only paid $55!!!
