Love this hard drive on my desktop. Very fast, quiet, efficient!

Got to use in an older laptop that has slowed down to a point I wasn’t able to use it for much especially when trying to open applications or simply the browser. It’s help with my boot up and made my computer way faster than it was before. Always satisfied with Samsung and seems to never fail me.

Easy to install, boots in less than a min., I love Samsung products.

It’s more like 480gb after it’s installed. Used it for a old toshiba satellite and it is doing the job and so much faster than the spinning Hdd that was in it before. I actually had to purchase 2 because the first one didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and arrived in stock at the store first.

This made my laptop run 50xs faster and was easy to install

It is very good and durable. I am using for more than four months and did not have any issue till now. I am using it in my Dell laptop which is inspiron i7559. It fits well with this laptop and also has increased speed to read and write. Will defintely recommend to anyone looking for a durable ssd.

I'm using this combined with an external enclosure on my ps4 and could not be happier with the speed boost it provides with loading times. For example, Monster Hunter World load times have been cut in almost half. The external enclosure I am using is Ugreen 2.5 inch hard drive enclosure with usb-c port to usb 3.1 (model# 50743).

Very fast SSD - easy to install and program. No problems

I've always been a big fan of Samsung's EVO series. These are really reliable and fast but there isn't a huge difference between 850 and 860 as far as speed goes. I ended up with an older 850 1TB used for half the cost.

Samsung software is great. Easy replication of existing hd and their magician software is great for tuning. Resurrected an old - otherwise unused laptop. Can't beat it for $75.00. Still running an evo 850 in my desktop after 3+ years with no problems. If the 860 is as good, it's a huge win. Win 10 is a pig and an ssd is a must.

This is a great hard drive - very fast and reliable

I've own many SSDs from various brands, such as Intel, SanDisk and Western Digital and Samsung. I've never has a Samsung SSD failed on me so I will probably stick with the brand. Intel has the highest fail rate while SanDisk comes to second. I only have 1 Western Digital so not much comment on that.

I bought this hard drive as a replacement for the original hard drive that came in my laptop. It was easy to replace and did not give any issues throughout the transfer process. I have used this for almost two months now and I have not found any issues with my laptop since, so I would say it was a good purchase.

Got this to have a larger boot drive. Samsung has a really good easy to use cloning tool to clone your boot drive onto the new one, but you must download from their website. Got this over others due to previous experience with Samsung SSDs. Use them in my home built PC and laptop, along with the PC's I build for family members.
