The Samsung 860 EVO is fast and reliable. Fully recommended.

Samsung has always been my go to for SSDs! Not sure what to share other than the performance and reliability meet and exceed my expectations. I have had over a handful of Samsung SSDs over the past decade or so and have been happy with every purchase.

I've installed two of these drives into two older laptops with remarkable results. Boot time is must faster and so is launching programs using these drives compared to old spinning drives that the laptops came with. I can't believe how much faster these older laptops run with this SSD drive. Would highly recommend.

Greatly improved my old laptop's speed, although comparing with a different brand of SSD HD that I installed in a different laptop, I felt this one was a bit slower. Might be because of the laptop configuration but thought I might mention it. Overall very happy with the this drive.

I got this drive to see if it would improve rendering times for 4k video. It doesn't. Not the fault of the drive, just the way rendering works. However, this does make basic tasks like booting, system updates, etc. considerably faster. The installation of the drive is straight forward and the provided software is simple and easy to use.

I put one of these SSD in my aging MacBook Pro. Installation was easy and took less than 10 minutes. The drive has breathed new life into my MBP. I highly recommend replacing those old hard drives with one of these.

Just purchased one to save a 100% Disk problem with laptop. Fit in great and fixed problem so far. Grabbed another one for PC I will soon build. Great product. Much faster boot up than with an HDD. Note: If you are doing any data transferring to it make sure to at least grab a SATA to USB cord as well!

The Samsung software to clone is great, works well, just read the screen and pay attention, and it's no problem. The Magician software that runs with it once its installed appears helpful. Makes a night and day difference in a computer, it cut my boot time to shreds, I'm booting to Windows in 7 seconds. 7. It's so fast it's funny.

Hardcore console gamer, mainly Destiny 2. Installed the game on this SSD in an enclosure connected to my Xbox One X and the game is fully loaded to character selection in under 40 seconds, typically 120 seconds before the upgrade. Where most people freeze in game loading the next area, I run right past them and waste no time.
