The Samsung 860 EVO 500GB Internal Sata Solid State Drive has excellent technology in this device. User friendly, fast and easy to use. Boots up so quick; saves time at both boot-up and shutdown.

Used this to replace the system disk in a Windows 7 computer that was upgraded with a clean install of Windows 10. The installation disk recognized and formatted the SSD without any problems. The speed of the system is impressive.

Love this Samsung SSD Drive. I really improved the performance of my Late 2011 MacBook Pro with the older type HDD. It is like night and day. I installed it almost two years ago and have had no problems.

Had an older computer that needed a boost, read a bunch of reviews about adding a SSD but really didn't believe it but let tell you it worked. My old computer is flying, just like new. Recommend it will not go back to traditional HDD.

The Samsung SSD drive works well and although the salesman said that the drive will work forever because it's solid state that's pretty much bad information because nothing electronic Works forever. But I am happy this far

Never a problem with Samsung ssd's so far. This is my second ssd. The software that you can download from their site is Samsung magician that can speed up your ssd even more. No problems with installation. Would highly recommend.

Purchased this to install in my laptop and to date I have no issues. But can't go wrong with a Samsung product. This ssd operation is fast and smooth my data just loads super fast with no lag.

I bought the ssd to significantly speed up my i3 computer and to do a clean upgrade to win 10 on it. The old hard drive with win 7 became a data drive for photos, etc, while remaining restorable should win 10 not work out. Fortunately the MB supported the 6 MB/sec SATA interface to the new drive, which was under-utilized by the hard drive. So far win 10 is growing on me and boot up is significantly faster - so well worth the price. I even bought two of these ssds, so I can swap out the drive on another i3 laptop and try a clean win 10 install on that one too. (Win 10 license keys are much less costly for new installs. That offsets part of the cost of the new drive needed to do so, making it even more attractive to do both, if you plan to do either one.)

The 860 EVO GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive was recommended to me by the Geek Squad and it has increased my speed. They also said I should not ever have anymore problems with my hard drive.

I had the geek squad replace my 1 TB drive that was running extremely slow, no problems since replacing it. I later added 500 GB m.2 Drive and PC is faster then it was when I first bought it.

My son out this new hard drive in my laptop. Wow! What a big difference. My laptop runs like new. It was slow, but now it is very fast. This is the best hard drive you would want to buy.

I purchased this drive to replace a spindle hard drive that was failing and was looking for a drive that as a great point between performance and cost. This drive has been great, no problem so far and easy installation.

Had a laptop with traditional drive. Over time the access of data slowed to a crawl. Solid State drive made the laptop perform better than new. You don't need a processor upgrade in many instances, you just need much faster data access

Bought this drive to speed up my 2012 IMac. Didn’t want to open my computer up. Easily transferred my OS and with this drive plugged into my USB port. It boots and runs like a new computer. Would recommend it to anyone.

Cloned my hard drive with the Samsung SSD drive. Worked great and it’s way faster now. Boots really fast and everything works faster. It was on sale for a daily deal so got a great price.

I purchased this drive to use as a secind drive in my razer blade 15. No disappointment here it was assy to install and is really fast. I qould definitely choose this hard drive again. SSD is the way to go.

I absolutely love this SSD. Installation was extremely simple using Samsung's data migration. Took me about an hour to transfer everything and I definitely noticed my boot up times were faster. Reccomend this SSD to anyone.

The SSD drive works so much better than the original HD that came with my Lenovo. I wish I had updated it before it broke. The tech crew did a great job and in a very short time. Love you guys!

The 860 EVO has been around for a while now and is still on the pricey side. But it's fast and reliable and represents a huge upgrade over my older set up. If the price comes down to S100 I'll definitely buy the 1 TB version.

Installed this SSD into my ps4 slim. It performed as if it was brand new! Better than even it was new. I did notice the ui is much faster, loading times are slightly faster than the HDD before.
