My wife's laptop hard drive was acting sluggish and would only boot occasionally. So I picked this drive up replaced the old drive and it now works great!

Once I got the laptop back, it ran like brand new.

It performed as if it was brand new! Better than even it was new. I did notice the ui is much faster, loading times are slightly faster than the HDD before.

This 860 EVO SSD is insane. The base system loads at blazing speeds, and games load seemingly twice as fast. Definitely worth the price.

If looking for ultimate performance and your MOBO has the capability, look into an M.2 drive though. I use this for my media so being limited by SATA to 6g/s isnt an issue.

Great Price Fast SSD

The speed difference is very noticeable, everything loads super fast and smooth, plus I got it for less then it usually costs.

Easy installation, flawless performance

I don't have direct experience with other drives. It was a direct replacement for a spindle type SATA drive, and instantly made my old MacBook Pro snappier.

Pretty smooth. And even better that the price has went down lately. Highly recommended

Awesome ssd

My laptop would take about 3 and a half minutes to boot up the where I can almost start using it. Installed this after cloning my hdd and I have it up and running in about 15 seconds

Added all my programs to this as well. No need to put them on a storage drive as there is plenty of room. Its fast!

That's what I get for buying a bundle when building a PC. Get this or any Samsung SSD. Samsung is a great product and I can't recommend it enough.
