Laptop was terribly slow. Adjusted most all of the settings to reduce I/O, but the factory HD was just too slow. After replacing the HD with this SSD, the laptop runs great and performs as expected!

Samsung is what my tech guy recommended. More expensive but likely more reliable (of course i don’t know that yet). Spilled beer on the MacBook Pro, which is toast. However was still able to salvage this new ssd.

Bought this drive to upgrade an older 840 evo 250gig drive was a good price used clone software to clone old drive to the new drive had no issues runs great would recommend this drive to anyone.

I know I am a little late joining the SSD party, but had I known it was going to make my machine so much better, I would have gotten on board a long time ago. Now I am upgrading all my machines with these drives.

We replaced an existing mechanical hard drive with this ssd and breathed new life into this old desktop. Samsung migration software was easy to use and able to clone the existing drive.

Got an HP Omen and the first thing I did before using it was to install this drive. That cut my boot time into 1/8 of what it took with my HDD. Literally my computer boots in less than 8 seconds. It's amazing

I just purchased a new Asus laptop. The salesman recommended this to speed the laptop up to what I was wanting. I had Geek Squad install it and I love the speed. I highly recommend it and Geek Squad!

can't go wrong with a samsung ssd. trusty storage that reads/writes fast. would purchase again, infact have purchased another 1 terabyte since purchasing this one.

This SSD turbocharged my antique laptop! I did a clean install of windows, and was absolutely floored at how fast it became. The speed, storage size, and Samsung reliabity can’t be beat at this price.

I purchased this for my new Dell laptop to augment the M.2 it came with and it went in without any problem at all. The Dell even came with a carrier (such as it is) to hold it. I would definitely buy it again.

Doesn't matter the generation of Samsung SSD, always a solid performer. I suggest them to all my friends as highest performance. Best Buy had a great deal when I purchased this.

As a technician, I’m always recommending to clients that they upgrade their HDDs to SSDs for many reasons. I have been purchasing these SSDs for a while now and haven’t had any issues with them.

I upgraded my old hard drive with this SSD. The upgrade was flawless using the Samsung Data Migration software. The performance improvement was like getting a new machine.

Works better than expected. Made my old laptop as fast as my new laptop. It is NOT 500GB when nothing is installed but that's ok. for the price on sale its worth it.
