Great drive. Really sped up my computer and with the Samsung software I downloaded I was able to easily transfer all my files and operating system to the new drive without any issues.

Since installing this myself to replace another solid state drive that failed, I have noticed better performance and boot times from the computer.

This is the third Samsung - 860 EVO 500GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive that i have purchased. They are pretty fast. I have not had any issues with them.

Samsung ssd drive was easy to clone old hard drive and then install into laptop. The drive is a lot faster than the old mechanical drive. Should have upgraded to an ssd much sooner.

Upgraded from HDD to this SSD. The bootup speed has cut to less than a 1/3rd of the time. Samsung drives have been stable drives for me for quite a while.

i have an old HP pavilion desktop i thinks its 2008 and the original hard drive failed overnight and i was looking at this anyway to speed things up and oh my! my desktop is so fast now. programs open in a split second now. the only weird thing i've noticed is that whenever i click on a program now there's a long and drawn out delay before the program opens. it's not like it has to load or anything but its a delay

Hands down the best value to speed up your computer. Installed in a Dell laptop,which is a major pain. Boots probably 10x's faster. Everything loads much faster. Highly recommended.
