I purchased this SSD as an upgrade to my wife’s older 13” MacBook. Fitment went flawlessly and now her Mac has renewed life; for another 8 years at least.

I got an enclosure 3.1 Gen 2 supported for this SSD. While tranfering 100GB of data (Movies) from my laptop SSD I got 325 MB/s to 375 MB/s speed. Awesome!

It's an SSD, works as expected Ok, so apparently that review was not long enough........ . . . . So, I was using my computer, and it was just dragging doing anything. I looked at my buddy and said, "Dude, this computer is so slow." He smirked and said, "It's because you have a spinning drive in there." I looked at him and said, "A what??" He said, "Your hard drive, is an old school, magnetic, spinning drive. You need to get with the times and get an SSD." So, I went to the store and bought an SSD. Now my computer can travel through time.

I swapped this new Samsung SSD into my laptop and the results were immediately fantastic. A great product. So quiet. works very well.

Excellent unit - Samsung SSD Drives come with a 5 year warranty, most others 2 or 3. It's a great combination of performance and value for the money.

This thing is fast for Desktop computer and Laptop. If you're looking to replace a old HDD, this is the way to go.

When the stores opened and I was able to take my laptop in - I was directed by the Geek Squad staff to this product and I have to say it was well worth it. The system loads very quickly and runs all of my required programs for work. Now thanks to the Geek Squad staff, I have a back up computer ready to go in the event my current one fails.

I use this SSD as my boot drive in a desktop machine. It is high quality, fast and has capacity for storage of programs as well. I highly recommend it.
