Pro line are top notch and Ive been using Samsung Pro from the 850 line to the 860 without any issues whatsoever. These drives are awesome. Best part is they dont really lose value over the years. I was able to sell these drives on eBay a couple years later for almost the price I paid for them. Most likely its because theyre hard to come by now with m.2 drives dominating the market and people are buying the old SATA SSD drives to use as Cache Memory to make their systems' Read time even faster. I had 4 of these drives but decided to keep 2 just for cache purposes as well. I now replaced the two 256GB drives with Samsung Pro m.2 drives. I dont think I'll ever use another manufacturer's drive because I know these drives are probably the best on the market. You can't go wrong with these and theres never buyer's remorse. Just cough up the extra cash and buy them.

Boasting 560 MB/s read and 530 MB/s write speeds along with proven Samsung reliability, it's a no brainer. Trust me, your system will feel like a new computer with either a fresh OS load or cloning your old drive.

I have had no issues so far. I haven't been able to test it truly as I use an external harddrive to house my data so read and write to external does slow that down.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had toshiba ssd and failed within 2 weeks After I got samsung evo and started freezing after 6 weeks Then I got samsung 256gb pro and using it for over 1 year. 2 weeks later I got same one 4 weeks ago. This is the fastest, most reliable ssd with 10 year warranty. you pay for the quality!!!
