I like the bar so far. A cheaper alternative to a component system but still on the expensive side. Haven’t been able to play movies load enough to enjoy it yet.

A great upgrade to the home audio system. Really wonderful sound and was easy to set up.

Loved the performance and sound quality. Didn't like the fabric cover or placement of the display. With the upfiring speakers, you cannot see the display if mounted above the tv. You'll need to stand directly over the soundbar to view the display wherever it sits or use the Smart Things app, which has some limitations—returned for the 2021 new releases. The audio paired with the Q90 is fantastic, and the sync is almost perfect. I would recommend it at a lower price point. The Dolby Atmos is nice!

Wonderful sound, plenty of power output. Nice easy setup when using Samsung equipment.

Purchased this soundbar about a month ago. Set up was somewhat easy. Love the surround sound. Movies and music is great.

Great system easy to set up... Sounds as good if not better than my Sony system....

4.5 would be my rating. 4 is too low and product does not meet a 5 rating. Remarkable sound bar. Sound is incredible, clean, crisp and sharp. Beautiful display and a perfect match for Samsung Q series TV's. I have the bass all the way up and system is expertly configured for best performance, bass is low, needs more power. Not enough rumble but overall an excellent alternative to a full component stereo system.

Bought this thinking it would sound amazing, little did I know it’s not that great, small speakers never seem to connect and the soundbar it’s self is alright definitely should have did more research

The bars ability to bounce sound around the room to place sound objects far away from the physical limitations of the bar is incredible. I am truly impressed. I can hear CLEAR sound coming from corners and walls of my room that I never heard before. Display on top is trash. Buggy reliability. App doesn't even configure half of the bars settings. Really needs more work in these areas.

Really liked this system BUT then got it home & the worst experience in my Samsung history began. During initial setup audio wouldn’t work with my newer Samsung TV. We tried HDMI, Wifi, & Bluetooth tirelessly. Hour later after resetting, on/off, resync, toggling every setting MANY times FINALLY it just started working via HDMI like it should have the first time, 2 minutes in! Eventually, got bluetooth and wi-fi working too, & installed the app. App is hit or miss, not finding or connecting 25% of the time. Features were nothing amazing, just basic volume and such. After a few days, we noticed each time the TV was turned on, the soundbar had to be reselected from TV settings to work (no auto-select), which gets aggravating after a week. Approx. 35-40% of the time the back surround speakers would not come on. To fix, had to unplug several times before finally they turned on arbitrarily. Searching online shows this is a common issue. The solution to upgrade firmware to the latest did not work for us! About a week in, soundbar would not connect via HDMI. Tried to switch to bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but neither worked. I spent HOURS searching online & Samsung support forums but nothing. I gave up & submitted a support ticket with very detailed info. Samsung got back with me within 24 hours, which was nice but incredibly disappointed to learn the system’s app is actually serviced by another company so they couldn’t help me. This was frustrating because Wi-Fi app was merely ONE of the many issues I documented — and rather than focus on what they *could* help with, they picked the one thing they *could not* help with and used that as an excuse to circumvent the request for support. The rep was very courteous, but as a customer, I went above and beyond to make this work and I hardly see where it’s my responsibility to understand the inner agreements between Samsung and it’s partners. At this point I decided to return this faulty system. In terms of sound quality, it was pretty good but I did wish for more powerful, gripping sound. Our ceilings are 15’, room ~17’x18’ w. tiled floors so most of the sound was lost to the larger space. My last comment is that Best Busy sold this to me for ~$1900 yet noticed when I submitted my ticket Samsung was selling for $1700!

Incredible sound. Great for movies, especially with ATMOS for the overhead effects. My only quibble is that it doesn't turn on automatically with my Samsung QLED TV, so I have to change the sound source in the TV settings manually each time. Every once in a great while, it will turn on automatically, though and I have tried resetting the whole thing, yet that issue continues.

Awesome sound quality and great looks. The wireless subwoofer and speakers have help declutter our family room and make it look miles better. Very pleased with the sound quality and Atmos on this setup. This replaced a dedicated home theater receiver and speakers, with no decrease in sound quality.

I love this sound bar package! It works perfectly for someone who doesn’t want huge speakers, but still wants great sound. I replaced my huge speakers and really high end surround system with this and am very satisfied! Some say the setup isn’t easy, but just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine. Buy it now while it’s still $1,400!

very nice, but little pricy for what you get. I like it, just wish it was little cheaper.

It’s a bit pricey even on sale, but so worth it if you don’t want a full blown AVR system. Performance always varies in different spaces and speaker placement, but matched with an appropriately sized tv and you don’t need the theater anymore. Atmos works amazingly and this does support Dolby Vision pass through.

Was on the fence about purchasing this soundbar based on previous reviews glad I didn't listen and upgraded from my old Samsung soundbar this Soundbar has been amazing with the sound and I've had no issues such as other reviewers have had with disconnecting and so on hooked up to my qled 70t Samsung TV perfect match

Great sound, speakers are clear. Makes everything on screen come alive.

The first week I had the system I loved it and then things started to happen. First while the system was hooked up via Wi-Fi to my TV which is also a Samsung the sound kept dropping. I should have been happy with that because now I can only hook up through Bluetooth and have the ability to listen to good sound only when the system chooses to let me. It will only hook up through Bluetooth and you lose some of the functionality when the system decides to do so like adjustive sound.
