    This product was returned for the Vizio Elevate. Frankly, the sound is awful. There is no bass coming from the subwoofer. The center bar sounds like it is coming from a tin can. I was lured to this product even though the customer reviews were mediocre because the "professional" reviews from TechRadar and other sites were so high. The placement of the LED on the top of the soundbar makes no sense either. Geek Squad immediately recommended a return and replace or substitute for something else. Since the Vizio was half the cost, I went with that and am incredibly pleased.

    While watching some of the movies definitely can feel the Dolby atmosphere system.

    All can say is wow! This thing sounds so good! Paired it with my 75 inch Q80 and wow. The atmos sound is so good. The automatic feature is great. I've had countless sound bars but this one is the best. I went with the 7.1 because of the rear wireless add on and omg. So clear and so good.

    Great product, quality sound, clear on high volume, app is user friendly, all wireless system, multiple HDMI ports, smart connection, powerful sub, not sure how to rank up-firing speakers. Cons: main screen not visible from setting position and remote speakers are heavy,

    The sound is great just not sure it's a value for the price? What u get above and beyond buying a similar sound bar at half the price is not I'm not completely sold on.

    Weak bass response and occasional crackle from sub and surrounds. Returned and got a vizio elevate much happier with the vizio and for almost half the price

    This thing rocks! Bought open box and saved some money. Sounds awesome for a bar. Great immersion in sound. Center channel for talking is clear. Upward firing are good through streaming. Its not the best out there but it's good.

    I was in the market for a new soundbar and this did not disappoint at all. Looks amazing in my setup and sounds phenomenal in any scenario: gaming, movies, TV shows, music, anything you throw at it this absolutely destroys.

    My Pioneer receiver blew up so was looking for a soundbar as a replacement and came across two units. Ended up with the Samsung HW-Q950T. The system has barely any bass. The little bass it does have, the left rear surround speaker would give a quick burst of what sounded like someone tapping on a microphone 5 or 6 times quickly at times. Did it watching tv or with movies. Seems to be a certain tone that it does it on and might be able to be fixed with a firmware update, not sure. The other problem is the LCD is on top of the unit, major design flaw. You don't know what you are changing when sitting on the couch. Power cords are far too short as well. I don't like the way the HDMI plugs in as it seems to put a lot of pressure on the ports and will most likely fail at some point. The good is that it was clear, played movies and the surround seemed to work nicely. Just not enough bass for me. I ended up ordering online from BB the Nakamichi Ultra 9.2.4 system. So far it has been great. LCD in the front. A lot of bass for the movies with 2 subwoofers. The HW-Q950T had I think slightly better sound for every day watching tv and possibly surround, but still testing that. But for movie watching the bass from the Nakamichi doesn't compare and is great. They also give a demo dvd with the Nakamichi and lets you hear what it can do and is awesome. Still testing surround on regular movies, etc so not so sure on it yet compared to the Samsung. I don't think either system is worth over $1,000 though.

    Upgrading from the N950 generation. This has huge issues connecting to the rear speakers and the app. Even Samsung’s phone support has no idea how to fix it. I returned it and bought a different brand. Reading online, this is a big issue even with the firmware update.

    Open Box…Gah-reat Deal!!!! Missing the remote control, but who cares…universal remote from the TV took care of that. Tremendous sound.

    Returned!!!! - Would not connect with E-ARC

    I purchased the Q950T sound bar w/ wireless sub and rear speakers and it would not work through the E-ARC connection when first installed by the GEEK Squad. The unit would only work with the bluetooth connection. The GEEK squad spent 2 hours trying to get it to work but they could not get it. They agreed to come back and exchange it which took 3 weeks. During this time the E-ARC connection would work periodically and the sound quality was excellent but each time we turned on the TV we were not sure how the sound bar would connect. When the Geek Squad arrived to install the 2nd system the same issue occured. They tried changing the HDMI cable as well but still no luck. Samsung needs to figure out what is going on as the installer said they have had other units do the same thing. We were installing the sound bar to a new Samsung 8K TV so you would think the technology would work. I returned the sound bar and am currently looking for a new alternative. Very disappointed!

    An absolutely amazing set up. E-arc makes it so easy it setup. System is hooked up to the Samsung Q90T and with Q-Symphony..uts breathtaking!
