Huge capacity! This dryer is suitable for our family of 15, but would be a great asset to any family. Comforters or loads of several towels are a breeze!

I needed a new dryer to pair with my extra large 5.2 cu foot washer. This one fits any size load I put in it, even my extra thick queen comforters. It's amazingly roomy! Installation was easy. Only word of warning is that it's big, so check your doorway measurements. I had to pry off door stops to get it in my laundry room. Hooking up was a piece of cake. Unit controls were very easy to figure out. It run quietly and reminds me of a nice laundromat one (powerful sounding). I recommend reading the instructions so you choose the best settings for your particular load. Dries completely and fairly fast. I love the "eco" feature that saves energy. I love that it reminds me to check the lint trap. Only dumb thing is that it doesn't seem to know lint trap was cleaned if I did it before I turned unit on. Still undecided if the steam feature is worth it or not. But every oversized dryer seems to have it.

Unit great when it runs. Large family has unit running all the time. Purchased unit in Jan 2105. First service call Sept 2015 for loud rollers, Nov 2015 unit will not spin. Each service visit resulted in too much down time as outsourced service providers are swamped and on most recent visit forget to order parts. Frustrating to pay a premium for machine and warranties and then experience extended downtime. Laundromat is happy I guess. Will try a less expensive unit in future....so we can just replace instead of repair. Sad we cannot buy a quality item with solid service anymore.

It is very intuitively made. After a brief shudder it becomes very quiet. It dries clothes very efficiently.

Spacious and has several good cycles. Wish the doors were interchangeable (my w/d connections are reversed).

Dryer is simply amazing. Now no need to go out to dry big comforter.

Pile of Junk! We bought a Samsung washer and dryer about 18 months ago. After 13 months the drier stopped heating, of coarse right after it was out of warranty. We bought the replacement parts off of amazon to try and save us some money. They lasted for half of one drying cycle. We tried a couple of times with no improvement. We finally called Samsung to help us find a repair man. He came out, looked at it, mailed us the part so we could fix it ourselves. $300 later our dryer works again!!! Four months down the road my dryer is not heating again! I called Samsung again They said they couldn't do anything, I ranted and they said they would give me one time parts and service warranty, set me up with someone to come and repair it for me which I thought was great. They said they would give me someone other then the company that came out last time so it would get fixed "right". However, the very next day they called me back and said they could not get anyone to come that it was up to me, "their is no one in my area that can fix it" I thought it was very convenient that 2 different companies had gone out of business over night! They charge to much money for a dryer that only lasts 18 months!

I loved this dryer from the moment I got it, for a busy mom with 4 kids capacity is everything! There has been a vent sensor error pretty much since day one, the installer told me it would go away. We tried checking the vent hose and many other things to fix it but nothing did. Dryer still worked well so just kept on using it like suggested. Dryer stopped drying well so I called geek squad to come look at it since I bought extra warranty. Dryer was working before and after first technition visit, after 2nd visit from technition dryer was no longer working. 3rd technition visit and they determined dryer is unfixable. I have had this dryer for 16 months, I am now on week 4 of no dryer. Geek squad keeps telling me they are waiting on information from technition yet the technition called it all in while he was standing in my kitchen. I loved this dryer when it worked and will love it again when I get a new one. So far Geek Squad service is the one earning the rating because they are terrible. Lots of we will call you by this day promises with no call and noninformation. My claim has been waiting to be processed for 7 days!!!

We have had the dryer, barely for 8 months and it's the third time I have had to call it into get repaired into Samsung. I am not sure about anyone else out there, but we have had cheaper dryers that have lasted well over 15+ years without ever having to call in service on it. This one we have barely had 8 months and it's the 3rd time we have had to call in to get it working!!!! We have contacted Samsung support every time, this last time requesting a refund or exchange - however the Samsung Warranty only promises repair - This means that the dryer could break down another 10 times before the year is over, and all samsung will do is repair it. If the 11th time it breaks down happens to be a day after the year warrant is expired, then you are OUT OF LUCK! We have put a request to samsung to replace it or refund our money. We suggest you don't spend this much money on this dryer as the warranty and the quality is just not there. it's better to buy a less expensive dryer in case you run into this issue you can afford another one. With this dryer breaking down 3 times in less than a year, i'm sure it won't be working after the year warranty is over - leaving us without a dryer. Save yourself and purchase a dryer from someone with a better warranty or a product that doesn't have as many problems as this dryer. It is simply not worth it.

After 12 months and two weeks, the dryer is failing! Of course 2 weeks beyond warranty. It's had VERY VERY light use over the last year due to being a very small household too. For the price of this unit, it should not have issues so soon. Very disappointed in Samsung on this one.
