I love my new washer/dryer not sure if I'm using it correctly but some of the settings don't seem to dry the clothes all the way which is a bit frustrating, other then that I had them for a couple months and I truly love them.

1st one came in with a sensor error, so I didn't use that much, the second one is still pretty new but it hasn't gave me a sensor error

Delivered 2 new out of the box electric dryers and neither one of them had any heat. Horrible product and experience!

This dryer has been a nightmare and a money pit. I've had it repaired four times in less than two years - it still squeaks loudly and the last time the repair guy said to only use it on low heat from now on because it keep blowing fuses and heating elements. So now I have a $1200 (plus hundreds in repairs) dryer that I can only use on low heat. Samsung was zero help and their customer service was awful. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.

So far so good, 1 week in and loving it! I've done about 15 loads in this unit so far and everything has been fantastic. I love the steam option for reviving things, removing wrinkles when you forget a load and ALSO forgot to use the wrinkle prevent feature. When I don't forget and have used wrinkle prevent it really does a decent job of tumbling things intermittently to prevent setting wrinkles. The longer you take advantage of that the less effective it is but that's not a fault of the unit, it's just to be expected. I do like the static prevent option although find it a bit frustrating that it isn't selectable in all modes. I'm one of those who tends to be allergic to a lot of things so I forego fabric softener products to reduce the toxin and trigger load so I do have more of an issue in this department than most so would like to use it on everything :) I did have to stack the set, dryer on top of course (no pedestals, in case you're wondering), and at 5'5'' I have to keep a step stool handy to select settings and power/start options. I manage fine removing clothes without it most of the time, stray socks and such can be a challenge without a stool. Almost any load dries in under an hour, many in half that. Some super heavy loads like a large load of towels won't dry that quickly though even if you've used a super high extraction spin in the washer. It's just huge and holds a ton of towels! I LOVE THIS!! I'll try to come back in a few months and update once the honeymoon has passed and the drudgery of laundry day returns lol

The only setting that works on this machine is the timed dry setting. The Geek Squad repairman treated me like I was an idiot and didn't know what I was doing even though is read the Samsung user guide. That's what I get for buying an own box. I could take it not working, but I'm not an idiot. Don't treat me like one.

This dryer is amazing. It dries a huge amount of clothes very quickly. It takes about 20% less time than our old dryer. It is also stylish and remarkably quiet.

So my dryer was doing great first 2 weeks until the vent sensor turned on. called service on it 4 times and they can never seem to know what is the issue. So im having to turn on my dryer every 10 minutes to dry my cloths because once the sensor turns on 5 minutes later the dryer turns off. Samsung customer service is really poor service have to deal with them.
