If you are looking for the best , here it is. You cannot go wrong with this choice. I was not tying to do five loads of laundry every weekend. I'm down to two!

This dryer has been absolutely fantastic. It dries large loads easily and the steam features are a life saver.

No complaints about this dryer. The sensors on this thing are great. With our old dryer (which had "sensors") the clothes would come out very hot. This new dryer, they will come out warm but dry. I would guess that this is probably better for the clothes, plus it saves energy by shutting off when it's done. I've used several of the settings, such as bedding, towels, and normal. The refresh and wrinkle release settings are nice as it will run for 15 and 20 minutes, respectively, to freshen up the clothes. The wrinkle release is nice to keep from having to iron so much.

Product is great, it does exactly what it claims but customer service is bad, it took us many hours of phone calls, two waiting time to get product shipped that is why 4 stars if it was only on customer service it will be zero stars

Was a little concerned at first when the dryer vent sensor would blink off and on like there was a blockage. When we had the vent cleaned out, we found that we had a very long dryer vent going out to the back of our house. The light continues to blink if I use the Heavy Duty setting. The shorter the vent the better the air flow. Overall, the dryer is great!

Every possible way to dry clothes (flat, fluff, steam)! Capacity to do comforters. Energy efficient.

Bought this dryer to go along with the matching washer. This thing is awesome and holds a ton of clothes. Can't go wrong with this one!

Biggest dryer ever. Very quick at drying and super quiet

This unit was an open box deal. I suspect that it was returned because it is very large. We matched to the washer that we purchased last year. Both verynice units that are effective and flexible. The washer is tremendous and the dryer is cavernous. The only concern I have is the covered mechanical switches but so far so good

Easy to use, extremely efficient with little drying time needed. Sweet little melody when it's finished. Cons: the door seems quite heavy for it's hinges. As I see it shift when I open and close the door, I see this product possibly having hinge problems. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I'm covered with the geek squad warranty!

Be careful...measure your room and doorway...These are large puppies...but do they ever clean and dry...the best I've ever owned!

I bought this so I did not have to go to the laundry mat just to wash and dry my King sized comforter. It did just that and still had a lot of room to fit more. It is quite and fast. Lots of settings I thought I would not use but actually do. Bought this as a set with the matching washer. Awsome all the way around!

So far the dryer works as promised. Set up by the delivery people went smoothly. I would recommend Best Buy again to all friends.

The steam feature really works. Wrinkles gone. Fresh scent. Fabulous. Also this unit can hold a full duvet for a king bed.

I love my new washer and dryer. It can hold a truly crazy amount of laundry. They are exactly what I wanted.

Samsung has a excellent product. This dryer is so big I can efficiently dry all my clothes in no time at all

This is a wonderful dryer - it's huge! Even the biggest load from my equally big washer circulates in it without bunching up. The only drawback is that it has no end-of-cycle buzzer. That is really irritating. I didn't even know they made dryers without them anymore. There are chimes that play when you open the door and at other random (to me) moments, but no end of cycle signal? That is ridiculous!

We loaded a king size comforter, 12 towels and a handful of clothes and they were bone dry in one cycle! We also love how it keeps fluffing the load after its dry so things don't wrinkle before you get a chance to remove them. Wonderful feature for professional work wear and busy people.

Well worth the extra money! Has all the bells and whistles....best purchase I've made buying a dryer.
