We purchased the item with good intentions! We had a really hard time getting in touch with the store. They have some system that another store answers their phones. We had to call and call and call. We drove down there and the store assistant took us to see the dryer. It had a few dents and scratches. We could live with that. We were told that they would deliver the dryer. When they found out that we lived in Live Oak, Florida, the process changed. We left the store and came home. They were supposed to work out the delivery. We were NOT in a hurry, so we thought. Then again after many phone calls, we were able to get through to the store. We told them that we would pick up the dryer. We had to travel south to Clearwater. On the way home, we would like to pick up the dryer. The pick up process was not expedient. It was dark when we arrived at the store and we did NOT see the extra dents and scrapes on the dryer! If we ever do business with this Lady Lake location again, we will NEVER go through this delivery process again! We asked for compensation for the delay and all of the phone calls,etc. NO GOOD!

Almost wrinkle free with the steam cycle. Can handle huge loads.

Huge size and a little more efficient than my old dryer. Love the steam option for wrinkly clothes.

Amazing, super large capacity, yet very silent. Stylish, and with great aesthetics. Power consumption is minimal, and I can dry duvets, comforters, and even my dog's bed! Great product! Matches perfectly with the washer!

Samsung continues to earn my trust and loyalty with another excellent product in this appliance. I own Samsung tech from cell phones to large appliances and everything in between. Way to go Samsung! Keep the competitive pressure on the so-called "US" brands that rust after one year (i.e., my 2012 K#nm#re Elite W/D that has rust around the washer casing... unacceptable and never again).

Dryer works great and has a huge capacity! Love it.
