I have nothing bad to say about this dryer. It has a broad selection of cycles, steam cycles, a rack for drying items flat rather than tumbling, a lovely intermittent run post dry wrinkle prevent feature that prevents wrinkling, and for the times you need more, a steam refresh or wrinkle remove cycle.

It's HUGE!! Haven't had any problems with the dryer! I love this washer & actually don't mind doing laundry now! Did have problems with the 1st delivery guys, damaged all 4 items I ordered, but my Best Buy store manager & sales clerk got everything fixed with another delivery with excellent service the 2nd time around!

We just picked the washer and dryer up, awesome product. Was a good size, holds a load of bedding without any problems

I was hesitant at first, but after using this machine for a few months I can honestly say it's worth every penny!

I went from washing 2 loads of laundry a day to washing 3 loads a week. My laundry is cleaner and smells better now too. The steam feature has been great for uniforms that needed some freshening up and the shoe rack was great for drying the kids shoes after they walked home through puddles.

I've had no issues with either of my washer/ dryer combo. Samsung makes excellent products!

We were so excited. My wife and I saved up to get the "flagship" Samsung washer/dryer set, paying almost $2,200 out the door. (July 2014) Within 24 hours of receiving the washer it began leaking from dispenser tray. Turned out there was a hole/crack where the screw had mounted it internal due to defective plastic. Took almost 4 months for GeekSquad to correctly order the part after multiple service calls. (We literally lost count of how many times the service tech came and how many hours we spent on the phone.) Once the washer leak was finally corrected, the DRYER began to leak when using the steam function. Turns out the steam nozzle broke off inside (same plastic) After more service calls and more parts order issues, BestBuy FINALLY offered to replace the dryer under manufacture warranty. (And we actually thought our troubles were over.) After new dryer arrived it began throwing sensor errors and shutting off. More service calls and issue was blamed on apartment exhaust ducting. Then today when using the steam function, my dryer filled with water. (Yes, there was actually an inch of water in the dyer after throwing in a completely dry pair of slacks to get wrinkles out!) After yet another service call GeekSquad is ordering a control board! (December 2014) So to sum up, after countless service calls, and replacement of brand new unit this set continues to be defective from the very start. All we ever wanted to do was enjoy our purchase and have clean laundry. We were so excited to have the washer/dryer of our dreams, only to be plagued with a nightmare or problems. We will NEVER buy Samsung appliances again, let alone buy an appliance from BestBuy as the experience has been agonizing. We used to be huge fans of Samsung and BestBuy. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product.

This was the greatest, biggest dryer I’ve had. Too bad it only lasted me about five years. I had insurance on it, so it was replaced for free. I was really upset to find out that Samsung stopped doing them. I would’ve recommended it if they still made them, for big families.

Great dryer - very quiet, and seems efficient. Took a while to turn off anti wrinkle function when running over night. We are very happy with the new dryer - it replace a 5 year old LG (top of line) and lots of improvements have happened since then

Love the dryer with all the automated features; however I find it takes longer to dry clothes than a traditional dryer.

I love this dryer. It is so quite and it has so many different options to choose from. I can finally dry my king size comforter without going to a laundry mat.

We've had this dryer for two years now. This started making a really bad squealing noise within about two months of owning it. We called Samsung, they told us to let them listen to it. We did this. They said they would set up an appointment to have someone come fix it. Long story short, we got another call from the foreign call center about 3 days later- they changed their minds and wanted to hear more of it. We did this again and he said he couldn't tell what it was, and escalated the call. They then passed us around to different departments. Months of this, call backs to set up repair dates, need more info first, etc.... They played this game until the 1 year warranty expired. I had to use YouTube to repair the bad drum bearing myself. There are several news stories regarding how Samsung does this to their customers, so I know its not just us. Just FYI, buyer beware: Samsung's warranty on this means very little. We've had no problems with the washer though!

This dryer is great for large families! So many settings to choose from. On some of the settings it will refresh every so often so that your clothes don't wrinkle.

This machine is huge. You will need a vey large laundry room.

I love it that the dryer is so large you can dry really large loads. The feature I like best about it is it has an "anti-static" feature that seems to work well. I don't like that on some of the settings, you cannot manually change the temperature, etc. other than the choices they provide for that setting. (Every other brand of dryer we've ever owned is the same, however.) It has a little song it plays at the end of the cycle. I wish they would add some other tune choices--maybe a holiday one or whatever you want that you could download from your phone. We haven't set up the feature yet that allows you to troubleshoot problems with your phone, but it sounds really neat!
