I love the Steam dry. I have had a few [or many :) ] instances where I have been in a rush and needed to iron a shirt but didnt have the time. I threw it in the dryer for the steam dry and the wrinkles came right out. I was also pleasantly surprised with the rack to dry items without having them tumble like for sneakers and hats.

I bought this set a few months ago and couldn't be happier. There is a ton of space for a significant amount of clothes. There is a ton of settings plus a setting to remember your preference. It is extremely quiet but a nice tone to let you know your dry is done. Also a cool feature- if something is wrong, you can scan a code on your smartphone and it will tell you the problem and how to fix it. How cool is that?! The only bad this is that since it is the largest capacity dryer, it does seem a little bulky.

Large capacity dryer. Large but sleek look. Clothes dry on lower time. low or no noise during drying process and nice chime as a reminder that cycle is complete.

We do a lot of laundry in our household and the Samsung 9.5 cubic feet dryer has preformed very well. It is quiet, performs like a workhorse and is energy efficient. I has considered switching to a gas dryer, however this dryer exceeded our expectations and I would not switch.

I need the large capacity because my husband and I have dogs and we wash a lot of blankets and clothes. The steam feature is handy because it saves me from having to iron! Love the platinum finish, it looks sleek and modern.

I bought this dryer cause my old one gave out. I got it at a great price and I love it. It's big and dries everything well and doesn't leave clothes wrinkled. I'm so happy I found it at a great price and that it works great!!

Huge capacity is great for large items like comforters but make sure you check the dimensions, as this unit is NOT made for small spaces or narrow doorways. Double check your measurements!

Just got this washer to replace my TERRIBLE front load washer. The Tub is excellent for my 5ft tall wife to reach without hassle and seams to be everything it was advertised as.

On first run of washer, spindle and drum flew apart destroying the washer. Best Buy was great and replaced it immediately....no questions asked. New one works great!!

IF YOU DONT LIKE FOLDING ALL OF YOUR LAUNDRY AT 1 TIME, THEN DONT BUY THIS WASHER :) CAN EFFECTIVELY DO AT LEAST 2 LOADS IN 1 AND MORE IMPORTANTLY KING SIZE COMFORTERS!

I was pleased with the amount of items I could wash at one time and, esp., pleased I could wash king-size bedding with no problem--plenty of room.

Can't say enough about how much I love this dryer. It's even bigger than the washer, which holds 3 large hampers. It has so many features I haven't had in dryers before, like wool, active wear, air fluff, wrinkle away and rack dry. Like the washer, it is so quiet when it's running. I just can't say enough about my dryer. So happy I bought this set.

The dryer holds an enormous amount of clothing and dries them well. The downside is that a part failed within the first year. Thankfully, we had the Geek Squad warranty, which covered the issue. The worker said this part was a common failure on this machine and knew just what to replace, even before arriving. It's been more than 6 months since the repair, and we haven't had anymore trouble.

It is huge on the inside and does not take up a ton of space on the outside. Drys great and is easy to use. Nothing wrong so far except when they hooked it up the didnt tighten the screw on the back attached to the vent thingy...make sure you the great deal because it is expensive.

We've had the dryer for about a month now and love it. The capacity cuts down on the number of loads. Really nice!

With 9.5 cu ft, it's great for drying a large amount of kids clothes. Very satisfy with the upgrade.

Works well, efficient and quiet. Almost too technology driven. Somewhat difficult to 'just wash' a load of towels...
