    Have had problems the last two years. Got it fixed now it has quit heating and the drum runs with the switch powered off. Have to unplug it or leave the door open to stop drum from turning. A lot of money for the washer and the dryer because they seemed to be good quality and Samsung was a good name. Our old Whirlpool lasted for 14 years with out a problem. I guess it's true they don't build anything to last anymore. No more Samsung appliances for us. The TV are still working good.
