it is excellent product easy to use and can be loaded heavily to wash

Love the look and drum size of this machine!! That is where it ended with me. After 1 month the unit started making a loud high pitch squeaking noise every time you dry something!! For an appliances of this price, it should last for many rears to come and this couldn't even last a month!!! Sorry to say it went back to the store!! Junk!!

Another mishap from Samsung - like their cell phone. The product was rushed to the market and they didn't perfect the product. Machine makes loud grinding noise during rinse cycle, very noisy , don't buy this machine. When I called BB to complain the rep said they have been having a lot of problems with this machine.

This product makes so much noise when running that we have to close the door to our laundry room. I am ready to buy another product and it is just now two years old and we paid a lot to get an upper class dryer.

So far the dryer is great! I've had it about 2 months. I like the way the lint filter is designed and it dries things very quickly. The only complaint is the latch is made of metal on this model and others we looked at are plastic, normally you would think metal is better but for a mom with sleeping baby means it is so loud when you open and close the door! The plastic latch is much quieter, and I wish we had that instead!

I am so impressed with this dryer. It has every feature I could ever dream of and some that I didn't even know existed. I absolutely love the Steam settings with the Refresh Cycle, and the Anti-Static Cycle. I have not used the drying rack yet, but I can't wait to try it. I really love knowing how much time I have left in a cycle. And I just love the little song it plays when its finished. Its such a nice change from my old,nasty dryer that used to sound like it was yelling at me with it's annoyingly loud and unpleasant buzzer.It is so beautiful to look at. I'm so proud of my laundry room now. I'm so glad I picked this set!

I bought the washer combo and couldn't be happier with it. I bought it in white because color didn't matter to me and it was $200 bucks cheaper. This dryer is a beast! It's huge and happily takes on my clothes. I love the combo with the huge washer. I have used the steam wrinkle cycle and love it. I wasn't sure I would ever use the steam feature but have found that I couldn't live without it. I tend to let clothes linger in baskets before I fold them all at once. This causes wrinkles but I do it anyway. With this dryer I just pop them back in and in 20 minutes they're wrinkle free. Now cotton button down shirts would still probably need to be ironed. It's a good dryer but not a miracle worker. I would recommend this dryer to my pickiest friends.
