I like the many different options for washing and drying your clothes, I trust the Samsung brand in general

I honestly don’t recommend this Samsung product. Only worked great for a year after that problems after problems. Then they never email, mailed or messaged me that my wash n dryer were not going to b renewed. Shame on you I spent close to 3000 on junk.

Huge capacity! Compared to an electric unit it drys very fast. The steam feature will not remove wrinkles out of active/performance clothing. Make sure you laundry area can accommodate this unit, its big.

I purchased this dryer and had more than one issue from the start. The dryer door kept popping open and not completing the cycle AND that the dryer was snagging my clothing. The dryer caused $1300 worth of damage before they could send a repairman. They offered $500 and I told them that was unacceptable. The response from the customer service representative was that the $500 was a courtesy and that they weren't required to give me anything. Apparently it is my own fault for buying their dryer. That will not be the case again. The second issue with the dryer was the door popping open, as I said before. The repairman came to fix that issue, and the repairman told me to call if there was another issue. The door was presumably fixed. In the mean time my warranty expired. The door waited approximately a month before acting up again. Again, apparently my perceived recall window had expired. If I had called prior to a month, the service would have been covered. After a month, even with the same issue, it was a non-warranty covered item. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER buy another Samsung product again. This is the worst customer service I've seen in my life. All of the products that are available these days are similar enough that people return to the same brand for brand loyalty and good customer service. Samsung no longer deserves patronage from any savvy shopper. They are happy to accept money for their goods, but refuse to stand behind their product.

I got this dryer with the matching washer and have been very pleased with it. It is huge, the largest I could find on the market. It has many settings and features which you can use to customize drying any fabric.

The company that does the install of the Propane conversion (XPO Logistics) damaged the machine while taking it apart for the conversion. After 3 machines they told me they would not provide another one!!!! Less than 6 months after getting the machine it started to sequel and Samsung had to come out to service. This is because it is under one year and the Geek Squad plan doesn't apply til Year 1 + 1 Day. The Samsung guy tells me that this is not acceptable and I should have been given an undamaged one because the installers obviously don't know what they were doing. If anyone at Best Buy reads this I think you still have something to resolve on this matter!

Arrived at doorsteps inoperable. Tub fills up with water and shuts off. Imagine the fun of a front load washer full of water and wet clothes with no manual way to start spin cycle. Has been a headache ever since. Not what you would expect buying their flagship washer. Steer clear. Don't buy.
