Terrible Picture Quality, Terrible Support

I think it's a settings issue but since I cannot get support I will be returning the product. The image is blurry and pixelated. The camera is 2MP and 1080p and displays worse than any digital camera device I've used in the last 10+ years. This monitor is also bulky, not a slim screen like most monitors. It does have adjustable height and pivots to display in landscape or portrait which is nice. The eye saver mode is nice as well. I didn't have an opportunity to test the sound quality. When I reached out to Samsung support they told me this is a business product SKU and they could not help me. I'd have to speak to a business support team which has limited hours. I spoke with 2 support agents before getting this message and provided them with the model number. Very disappointed.

Wasted 2 days with Samsung Business support (standard support won't help you - have to call in) and Geek Squad support (also not helpful). There are no drivers available and the default plug & play "sysmon" drivers don't work.
