This washer is the first washer that we have got for ourselves and we absolutely love it.

We love our washer. We actually use the top rinse section a lot more than I thought. It's also large enough to wash our comforters.

It's beautiful. I like that I can sit in my living room and wash clothes down the hall and not know that it's running. Very quiet!!

Overall we are quite pleased with our new Samsung washing machine. The look of it, the wash quality and drum size are all awesome. I only give this machine a 3 star rating because although it is whisper quiet through most of a full wash, when it gets to the spin mode (it doesn't matter if the drum is actually spinning) there is a buzzing type noise that is quite annoying, particularly if your machine is within earshot.

I love this machine... I wish I could reach the drum to remove the clothes.. But solve that with step up...but I can say five star

Washes good but if you are short like my wife who is 5'2" you can not reach clothes in the bottom of the washer. Pouring detergent in the back of the washer is odd and the tray for soaking is in the way just bad engineering. Other than that we like it and clothes come out clean.

This is the first time we bought a washer without an agitator. Now that the drum is open it seems like we can get 3 or 4 more pairs of jeans with it gone. The settings are nice. The only complaint is that the lid rubs up against a shelf above our washer, make sure you measure the lid height if space might be an issue.

Love the easy controls and the active wash. It does get off balance with heavier items at times. All in all cleans well.

Great new washer. Awesome features and it cleans deep stains very well. Like the soaking tub for pre-washing!

nice large capacity washer. Would be nicer if water inlets were recessed.

i like the washer, the washer cleans my clothes, plus my wife states sometimes hard to reach the last sock

Great washer if your kids play sports. My son plays baseball and is always sliding and getting grass stains and dirt all over his uniform. The little tub on top is great to get the stains out. Now that I have that tub and use it often I cant see myself getting another washer without it.

Overall it's a good washer machine. Very large and has many washing option. Gets clothes nice and clean.

This is the best washer I have ever had. I can fit up to two comforters with ease. Perfect well worth it.

I am convinced that my new Samsung WA48J7700AW top-loading washing machine is the best top-loading on the market. Built to last, one cannot help but notice that even using the short wash cycle the clothes seem cleaner. I would buy the same model again.

The tub fits a large comforter and has a sink that is great for pre treating clothes and soaking them.

My wife and I both really like this washer. It holds a huge amount of laundry, due to no center agitator. One of the best features is that it spins the tub very fast, removing a lot of water. It has cut our drying time down considerably. Plus, it has a chime when the cycle is finished. That has been needed for years. One drawback from being high efficiency is that it uses too little water to start off, especially on large loads. We thought is was just the setting we chose, but it is the same on other settings. A remedy was to fill the sink that is built in to the washer and dump it at the start. Kinda weird work around, but it works.

My first time using a digital washer, very quite and uses less water than the traditional washers.
