We really enjoy this washing machine. The basin is deep, so I think if I were a little shorter than my 5'6", i would have problems reaching the bottom of the washing machine. It has a large capacity and can easily handle large loads such as a king sized comforter. Very pleased with this washing machine.

My washer broke down and I needed a new washer right away. My budget was tight, so I was shopping the outlet. Lucky for me they had just gotten this model in because it has a HUGE dent. But that has not affected its performance at all. I am very happy with the operation of the machine, it washes very well.

The feature of the wash basin in the top of the washer is such a great idea! Should have been in all washers for years. The only issue with the washer is that my tenant is short ... and needs a step stool in order to reach the bottom of the washer vat.

I have had this washer for a few months now and I still really like it. To be honest, my wife wanted this washer because of the built in pre soak tub. It has been very handy with a messy toddler. The washer looks nice, is very sturdy, and has been pumping out load after load of clean clothes. It takes a bit long to wash, and it is a bit complicated to use, hence the 4 stars.

I love my new washer and dryer. This is my first washer without an agitator and after reading many reviews I was worried my clothes wouldn't get cleaned. This is not a problem that I have had. I even got a complement on how good my clothes smelled from someone standing many feet away from me. It does take longer than my old washer but I think that's pretty standard now. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't comment on the wear and tear it has on clothes but so far my clothes seem fine. I am 5'2" and I am able to reach clothes at the bottom. I was worried I would have to get a ladder after reading reviews but to my surprise I don't. It's a little deeper than my old washer but when I lean over the washer my feet don't have to come off the ground. I don't find that it is noisier than a washer should be.

Due to back problems, I chose a top loading machine. Best decision I ever made! No stooping and reaching in...just lift and empty. More importantly is the fact that it cleans and rinses clothes with near efficiency as a front loader! And the built in sink on top is pure genius! Thank you Samsung!

Works great and has lots of room so I can wash bigger loads of laundry!

This is a great washer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the drum is very deep, and it makes it difficult to get items, especially socks. I'm 5'4", and I needed to get a small step to be able to reach the very bottom. One other minor drawback is that I've bumped my head on the "sink" a few times when reaching in. But it's plastic so it's no big deal!

If you're looking for an HE without out the expensive fancy features. This is a good option. It gets the job done. Only thing I'd improve is the length of the cycle. Wish it was a little faster but It does have a quick wash setting. It's much quieter than the Maytag Bravo I had before.

Thus washer is great, very big and does a great job washing clothes.

This device is awesome. It run extremely well with little noise.

The large capacity is almost twice as much as the washer I had before. The top load washer has the prewash basin on top which is very convenient. It is a quiet running machine that is easy to use. The only downside is that it may be a little more difficult to get all the clothes out for a short person. The wash "tank" is deeper due to the capacity.

Everything that I expected it to be. It is quiet and efficient.
