I researched a lot of machines before I bought. For the money this is probably one of the best machines on the market. It as lots of bells and whistles. The clothes come out smelling very fresh and clean. I am very satisfied.

This machine was easy to use without having to do a lot of background reading. It has lots of cycles and a nice locking childproof safety feature. Also has a huge capacity.

The washer works well. My only complaint is the soap dispenser. It is difficult to fill because of its placement in the back of the machine.

This washer is very efficient. Thoroughly cleans laundry and is very quite. Efficiently uses water and limits wastes. Pretreat feature is very useful for spotty stains.

The Samsung washer it top notch. It's easy to use, cleans well and is beautiful. The active wash is nice and comes in handy when messy spills need to be cleaned quickly

Despite the negativity surrounding the older models we bought the newer model and have been pleased with the ease of use and quality of the wash. Good washer

Bought this after our 8 year old whirlpool washer died. Looked at a lot of other washers, but in the end this had features we were looking for. The built in sink has been very useful with our two young kids.

This is a great value and easy to use features very quiet .The set up was very quick and professional. For the money it was the best decision you could make .

Pre treatment area at the top of washer is awesome. It senses the load before running to optimize the amount of water to use. Clothes are barely wet when they are done so you are not drying a wet mess.

Large capacity, quiet, various settings. Love the display. Washer plays a song to indicate cycle has finished. Awesome display screen and pre wash basket.

This was a great purchase for me, I like that it has many settings for different loads of laundry. It has a fun tune when it is finished, like its singing to me.

First we had a front load washer and dryer before this, it was also a Samsung and we loved it. Our new house did not have a set up that would work for us to have front loaders again so we purchased this unit. We do like it however the delicate cycle does not work. It either doesn't agitate enough or doesn't use enough water or a little of both. Besides that cycle we love it. I thought we would get used of the sink, but we use it minimally.

I am still trying to figure out how the washer determines how much water to fill. There is no setting for small medium or large load. It senses the load size automatically. but that is not always accurate. I have had a large load and not enough water to cover the clothes. So I had to rewash the clothes.

This washing machine has gotten stains out of dog beds and duvet covers that have been there through several washings with my old GE front loader. Quiet.

I really love this washer it run great. I like the select wash load it makes it easy to use. Load it and walk away. A tone bell to let you know it is done.

We are really happy with the quality of the washer but the only negative is how deep the drum is as my daughter and I have trouble reaching the very bottom items. Almost fall in getting them. Lol.

The machine is awesome. I would give it 5 stars but the fact that they don't include the new hoses is annoying. All the brands recommend to replace old hoses when You replace the machine. I feel they should be included with the machine not separate.

Best buy delivered, hooked up and hauled away the old one. The did a great job and the machine is performing flawlessly. Some cycles run a bit long, but the results and efficiency is great!

My only problem with this machine is that I'm short, and have a hard time reaching the very bottom for small items like socks. I small step helps!

we're really happy with this purchase. Carlos was really helpful at Best Buy on Colonial Dr to help us make the decision. It's a great quiet washer and the sink is everything we needed.
