Our oils washer was a front loader, and we found that it always seemed to smell. Switched to this unit and absolutely can't believe the difference. It is quite, fast, and most importantly spacious inside.

Washer is fantastic! Cleans well, great features, clothes come out perfect. More impressive was the Best Buy delivery people. Courteous, on time, friendly, personable....couldn't ask for anything better.

The washer cleans clothes very well. The drum holds very large loads of laundry. The clothes are always clean.

When my wife and I moved into our new home we needed to get a new washer/dryer set. After some research we decided to go with this product for the washer. The capacity is more than I realized, which means fewer loads of laundry we need to do. The integrated sink for pre-treating clothes is very handy since our house lacks a sink by the washer and dryer, too!

Replace older front loading washing machine with this and it has tons of options, is quiet and efficient.

Love this washer so far. It's very roomy and can wash a queen comforter. My only complaint is that at 5'4", I have a hard time reaching all the way to the bottom. It's pretty tall and deep.

This washer has been perfect. It has many different options that pretty much cover everything in my life. It is very quite and energy efficient. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had been looking for a washer for months and were hesitate about a washer of this type. After research, we found this one is better than we expected. You can't go wrong with this one.

Huge tub size. I am 5" 7 and I have trouble reaching the bottom. Cleans well so far for the month I have had it. Took a while to set it up at the beginning, over an hour. Some times it leaves lint on the black clothes my old one never did. If your looking to save on water, don't get this washer it uses a lot more than my old front loader. Switched from a front loader. I replaced a trusty old GE washer whose bearing finally gave out after 17 years. When shopping for a replacement, we wanted one with a sink. That limited us to Samsung. We paid about $100 for that convenience. The 4.8 CuFt. capacity is huge compared to what we had. I no longer have to split loads! Now I'm concerned that my old dryer won't be able to handle the larger loads! The washer detects the load you place in it, as most do. It takes about an hour to wash any load, whereas the old one took 30-45 minutes. The only downside to this washer I found is that I'm barely tall enough to reach to the bottom of the basin to reach socks stuck tot he bottom! Oh, and the music it plays at the end is entertaining, but I expect it to get old.

Works 3x better than my old machine. Very quiet. Liked the service and pricing at Best Buy.

You have to have the basics to really appreciate how awesome this washer is to use. It is a deep basket but that is ok with us. We have no trouble fishing out the washed clothes.

It's very quiet. I like that it cleans well and if it is unbalanced it corrects itself.
