All has been positive so far. The only thing I would change is to make the pre-soak plastic bin a collapsible one. It gets in the way when pouring detergent into drawer.

I love how quiet this machine is. The active wash is a nice feature, not really needed if you have a utility sink close by.

I bought this washer almost a year ago when Samsung did a complete recall giving the option of a refund in the form of a rebate, plus a discount on the washer or a repair of your unit and an extra year warranty. We opted to get a new machine since our warranty woukd be new again and the rebate amount was more than enough to cover the replacement. Anyway, this washer is great! And HUGE!

All around great washing machine. The only problem we have is we continue to get a low water pressure error on certain settings. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

My wife is so excited to use the active wash. She can wash her bras and not have to worry about putting them in a sink where food is constantly put or dirty hands

What I like most about this washing machine is the deep clean option. With this option added to the cycle, the water will filter back through the machine and come out the top of the washer agian to wash through the clothes better. I have used a similar washing machine without that option and I have had clothes run through the entire normal cycle and have spots on the clothes that somehow didn't get wet and at times would have soap spots on the fabric and I wouldn have to rewash. I haven't had that problem at all with my Samsung washer even without he deep clean option. I am very satisfied with it!

This washer has been everything it claims to be. None of the issues identified in other reviews were an issue for us

This has been a great washer and 10-12 minutes faster than the one it replaced. I like the additional "rinse" and basket option for soiled and sweaty clothes.

I absolutely love the Samsung Washer and Dryer, my husband and I recently purchased. The water / electric efficiency is a plus but the features are excellent!

The washing machine was purchased to replace a Samsung recalled model from 2011 which was similar in size and top loading. The washer itself is well made and aesthetically pleasing if you like the look of Samsung products (I do). The pre-soak 'sink' is excellent if you do not have a laundry tub in your laundry room. It allows my wife and I to wash delicates in the tub or pre-soak garments before washing. This has made our washing experience a bit better as we no longer have to use the utility tub or the bathroom on the other side of the house. The individual settings are well marked and useful, however the lack of a 'towels' setting is odd as it used to be there but 'heavy duty' may have replaced it? The sounds are annoying but are easily turned off so no issues with that. The major issue the washer does have is that the water pump is SUPER LOUD. Compared to our old washer this is something way out of the ordinary. When the basin is draining and the pump is engaged, you can hear it throughout the house. This is not as big of a deal when the laundry room door is closed and the TV or music is playing but if you were to be reading a book, you will certainly hear that awful pump going through the walls. I deducted a star for this as depending on your home setup you should be able to deal with a loud washing machine.

I have had this item for 3 months, and so far there are zero complaints. I do contracting work and I was concerned that this would not clean my clothes well and it does a better job then my previous washer that had an agitator. It's very energy efficient, my bill has gone down each month consistently 10-15 dollars since put in. Would recommend this washer to anyone

Good top loader for my parents. This washer is getting good use by caregivers for my parents. It is also good for washing by hand delicate things for my mom. Parents have a hall closet for washer and dryer and we could not use a front loader as my dad's wheelchair wouldn't fit when door is left open after use. This model seemed like a good alternative. So far, so good.

I would give this washer 4 1/2 stars if possible. Deducting 1/2 star for the rinsing tray under the lid. Machine is super quite. In fact it is so quite, the first few washes I thought it wasn't working right. LOL! No agitator on this top load machine, so it handles twice the load size my previous washer did. Clothes come out nice & clean. Very happy so far.

This washer does a very good job. The only downside is that the tub is so deep, some items are hard to reach. A small step stool solved the problem.

I am happy with my purchase however it does take a while longer than my previous Samsung washer did.
