I absolutely love this washer! It has so many settings, and it's very easy to use. My favorite feature is the little music that plays to indicate a load is done. This washer is so quiet and gets my clothes very clean! I couldn't be happier with this washer. Do not be turned off by the reviews that warn against how deep the washer is for a short person. I am 5'2 and I have no trouble reaching into the bottom of the washer getting my clothes/socks/underwear out. It's not an issue.

Had a front loader for the past 10 years, decided to go back to a top loading washer. Read some good reviews on this one, so we decided to give it a try. We do love this washer, the capacity is huge, and it seems to do a very good job washing our clothes. We got the model with the wash bin, and did use it once so far, but I'm thinking that it was probably just an unnecessary feature. It does make it a little more difficult to put the detergent and fabric softener in the trays, but not that bad. Just forces me to slow down a little, which honestly, isn't a bad thing. I also love the little song played at the end of the cycle. It should be called, "hooray, Laundry's done!"

Love this washer- best part is the built in sink!! The sink is great for soaking small items, and pretreating stains. Many reviews say the deep tub is hard to reach small items in bottom - but not for me!!! I'm 5'10 and don't have a problem, neither does my ypungest that is 5'8. I love the large tub it is great for bedding and pillows. Have not had any problems with this washer so far. It is easy to use, not complicated at all!! Would recommend to family and friends! I'm very happy!!

Unit seems good and clean clothes well. Pros:We wanted a top loader because we thought it can handle bigger items like blankets than the front load. Which it seems to do fine. It fits our bigger blankets better than a older front loader we had at our old place. Con: The tub is a little deep and makes it harder for my shorter wife to reach stuff towards the bottom. Also it curls the blankets in a weird way that anything else washed with it will be curled inside the blanket, so not sure if the other items gets clean good. After all thing consider, we have went with the largest front loader.

This washer is simply amazing. Very quiet and efficient. Selling features are the active wash bowl and the large drum for bulky items.

Was reluctant because of no center agitator, but seems to be washing sufficiently so far. Only negative is that the drain hose is on wrong side for our laundry sink setup & there was no way to tell this in the store. The supplied hose is too short to reach our sink without installing the washer cockeyed and taking up twice as much space as it ought to. I could buy a drain hose extension or a 3d-party hose, or pay someone to rerun electrical lines for a new outlet so I can completely relocate the machine, but I've spent enough on this already. Just check your setup at home before you commit to buying this.

I was skeptical on buying this washer and dryer because it is so new, but I got them both at a great price and I could not be more happy with my purchase. I've used several of the settings. It's quiet and efficient.

This washer is great. It has a small footprint but large capacity. It's easy to use controls deliver a great clean load. It's quiet and spins the load dry. We were concerned about moving back to a vertical loading machine after having front loaders for a long time....but this performs really well.

Washer is very, very cool. This was my first washer in 15 years, so technology has changed so much. I have not experienced any of the issues that a select few reviewers mentioned such as clothes being twisted or not washed properly. Just use common sense and it will work very well. A couple of minor cons: 1. The active wash built-in sink really has no functional purpose and is one of those "showroom features" - one that looks cool in the store, but most people will likely never use. The only reason that I bought this model was because it was on sale and $100 cheaper than the other model without the active wash sink. The problem with it is that you will hit your head over and over and over as you try to reach into the incredibly deep abyss to get your clothes out. I ended up removing the basin to avoid this since I was not going to use it. 2. The tub on this washer is really deep, like most of the other large capacity washers. If your wife is under 5'5" be sure that she is aware of this feature and is there when you buy it. Even if your wife has no interest in helping you pick out the washer and tells you to get whatever washer you want, make sure she knows how deep the washer tub is. Otherwise, you'll never hear the end about how hard it is to reach the clothes in the tub to take them out. Over and over and over again.......

Large capacity and cleans well. Sometimes becomes unbalanced on spin but just add more clothes.

We like the washer n dryer set we bought just because it has a larger capacity and has many function that we actually use. Queen size comforter has plenty of room. We've used the sink a couple of time but if I had to do it again I would probably not buy the sink. As little we've used it, the kitchen sink works just as good. Also the sink gets in the way of the detergent tray. Cons: It is a bit noisy on the spin cycle and the self balancing does not do a very good job adjusting itself. We've had to pause the cycle a couple of times to adjust the clothing to reduce the noise. My wife is short and complains that the drum of the washer is too deep and she needs a small foot stool to reach the bottom. For the 3 months we've had it no major problems.

No complaints about how this washes, the quietness is lovely and I even like the little soaking basket on the top of this machine ( use it often) HOWEVER....this little feature is the demise of the design and the reason I did not give this 5 stars. This unit has a very deep drum, my wife is 5'5 and has to lift her feet from the floor and fold into the washer to reach the bottom of the drum. This is fine, EXCEPT THE SOAK SINK attached to the top of the lid is in the way and she smacks her head as she leans in. Not a deal breaker, and I am sure over time the adjustment to her reach will be made into the unit ( stool, etc). Moving forward, if Samsung took this sink and made it easily removable when not in use, that would be a 5 star from me!

Plenty of options for washing clothes. I was originally leaning towards a front loading washing machine for the energey efficiency and overall cleanliness of clothes, but I learned that the these kind of top loaders have caught up with the benefits of the front loaders without having the inherent risk of leaking water from a broken seal on the front loader. The berrel is deep to accommodate a large load. It's also made out of stainless steel so no worries of rusting or cracking of plastic. At the end of the day, It's a washing macine. It does what it's supposed to. I'm happy with it.

Very quiet washer. Although no whites setting it is very easy to use. Don't like that it locks automatically. Bought it for the top tray but have not actually used it still. Bedding must be washed on bedding setting or it won't wash properly.

Quality of this washer is top notch. All features you could ever want. The large capacity cuts down the amount of loads, which equals more family time. Cleans excellent, looks good and works awesome! Thanks Samsung for another quality product

This washer is way different than my ten year old one. It is bigger and has a lot more options. It took my wife and I a couple of days to get the hang of it but once we did we noticed the clothes coming out cleaner than before. Just prepare yourself, this washer will take longer than your old one

This washer has transformed me into someone who doesn't mind doing laundry. My clothes come out feeling cleaner than any other washer that I've ever used. It has a large capacity and is very efficient. Im thrilled with this purchase

This is the washing machine I have always wanted. Does such a great job on cleaning clothes. Uses very little soap and water. Cost effective. Looks great in our laundry room. Love the sink basin in machine. It frees up our laundry room sink for my husband to use. Good selections of loads. Holds very large loads. Very Quiet. We love this machine!
