So far so good. It does as advertised. Loading of detergent took getting use to but overall a nice upgrade.

Very satisfied with my new washer. Saves water but you have to get use to it taking a little longer.

I returned another washer to purchase this one. To date it has worked great. My laundry room on the bedroom floor, next to my master bedroom and with the laundry room door closed, I don't hear the machine even with bulky items in the tub. I haven't used the basin much and probably really won't because you only soak one or two things in it. The basin is sort of in the way of the detergent/softener tray but if you fill those first then use the basin, it's not an issue. I am 5' 1" and I have no trouble reaching things in the bottom of the tub without the use of a step stool. The tub rotates so if a sock is on the back wall of the tub, I just spin the tub and grab it. The one weird thing the washer does is that the lid seems to create a seal when it's been closed for a few days then it makes a popping sound when I open the lid to use the machine. I keep thinking the latch is getting caught but I think it's just suction from the rubber tips.

Tons of settings, little sink for presoaking, excellent machine

Really nice set; looks great, wash and dry nicely... the washer seems to be much longer than old school washers but seems items are really clean. Dryer video from Samsung looked like you could forego dry cleaners for dress shirts with steam removing all the wrinkles away... nope.

This washer has multiple settings that adjust to the stain level, color, and amount of clothes you are washing. It runs quietly compared to other washers and even plays a tune when your load is finished. I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a good quality washer!

I was first dubious about the agitator less system but after using it I must say it is far superior and also uses less water. The sink is also well designed and quite useful for treating stains. I recommend this washer.

This replaced a 15 year old set of Kenmore W&D. Technology sure has changed....and for the better.

This is a replacement washer my previous Samsung that was part of the recall. So far, all is working well with this one. I like the built in rinse sink. Would recommend this washer for people with large loads,

Overall great washing machine for the cost, it will fit a full king size comforter which is a great plus, there is not an option to select for the load size which took a little bit to get used to since the machine is supposed to automatically select the load size.

Amazing washer, the active wash feature has been handy especially when you have little ones.
