We purchased this item as an opened container floor model for a greatly reduced price to replace a washer damaged in a home relocation. We were skeptical about its performance because it had no vertical agitator in the drum, but we have been exceptionally pleased with its performance. The front-loading LG this replaced had stopped thoroughly cleaning our clothes and often left them smelling musty. This washer has made all the difference. We chose this over other models because of the nearly invisible seam in the stainless steel tub, Samsung's reputation, and the unbeatable price. We were initially in the market for a bare-bones machine with many fewer features, and likely wouldn't have purchased this item for full retail value. However, in hindsight, it is well worth more than we paid.

Love Samsung products! Really like the active wash system and on-board sink!

Would definitely not purchase a Samsung Washer again. This is the second one that I have had. EVEN with the size of the tub, I am Unable to do a LARGE AVERAGE load of Colored or dark clothing without having "white" residue come out on the clothes. If I do very small loads 4-5 items, then it does not happen

The washer dryer set was the best thing I could have ever gotten for my wife, besides her ring! Haha! She loves it! I love how easy it is to use and my wife appreciates the water jet/pre soak tub built in. It's great! No complaints over here!

We purchased this top-loading washer on sale and it so far seems a great balance of features and price. It also holds a large load size which is great for comforters but does make it a bit deep to reach into the bottom. No complaints so far.

Washer is top of the line. It has plenty of features and very easy to use once you get used to it. I'm not too partial to the sink feature due to the fact I sometimes hit my head on it when emptying the washer. Overall great product!

This machine works well and is very quite. It also uses very little water

This is a state of the art machine- been using for 1 month after the original Samsung was recalled because of a danger during operation-. So far this machine has been running well, is quiet and does a great job on the soiled clothes

The price was good. I am still unsure if it is better than front load

We purchased the Samsung HE top-loading washing machine two months ago and I've regretted the decision ever since. Although the capacity is wonderful, our clothes do not get cleaned well (we have two small children with lots of spills and messes!). In order to feel like our laundry is even close to clean I use the heavy-soil setting with the Aqua-jet feature. As a result, it takes well over an hour to wash a single load of laundry. Additionally, if a load gets out of balance (which can happen easily even though there is no agitator), the alarm is not loud enough for me to hear since our laundry room is in the basement. So, while I am under the assumption that my clothes are being washed, the machine is just sitting idle. Once adjusted, the machine re-starts the entire rinse cycle adding an additional 15-20 minutes each time. Long, painful story short. . . I would NEVER recommend this washing machine!!!

I purchased the washer and dyrer as a set and I love both of them.

This is a much better brand than my previous washing machine (LG).

A little nosier than I would like but other than that a good product

Fast, clean and large. Less loads means more time for other things.
