This washer is Good! We got it out of necessity and I could not be more happy about it. The washing drum is huge and the washer weighs the load its self so that it can apply the correct amount of water.

This Samsung washer does a great job at washing. It doesn't spin as hard as the Samsung washers before the recall. I love the ability to pause and add more stuff to the load if I've forgotten something.

This is my 2nd Samsung washer in 6.5 years. I would not have bought a 2nd one after my first experience, but I was one of the lucky ones that had the recall on the first one that had exploding lids. Because I had already had it for 3 years at that point Samsung decided that was only worth $131 if I replaced it with another Samsung washer, $50 if I bought another brand. So I took that money and applied it towards the 5yr Geek Squad protection plan. Sure glad I did...2.5 years in this thing starts acting up (I had to have the first one repaired too out of pocket). Thankfully the Geek Squad Protection plan is great. Bottom line, don't buy a Samsung, the tech told me they keep him in business. Reality, get the 5 yr warranty, if something goes wrong its the best warranty to have. I've decided that I'm only going to expect 6 years of service out of a washer. So I'm just planning on spending $110 year to wash my clothes. Its true they don't make them like they used too, but its also true they hold way more clothes than before and the agitator isn't chewing up my clothes faster. The real culprit in this scenario is the "high efficiency" mandate. But I'm not going into all of that here.

Great washer, quite and has exceeded our expectations

Washer works great. We like it much better than the previous front load machine we previously had. Minor item that could be better. We have the soak tray which makes filling the detergent a little awkward.

This was a surprise Christmas gift and she loves it!

Plenty of cycle options. Love how I can separate my workout clothes from my normal clothes. Deep enough for a queen size comforter with room to spare.

My previous Samsung Washer was part of the recent safety recall. This is a great replacement/upgrade. Best Buy was also great in getting it delivered and installed free due to the recall

I had no problems with my recalled washer but decided to replace rather than repair. The capacity of this machine is slightly smaller but had to go that way so that overall height would match up with Samsung dryer. The Samsung washer does a nice job and is relatively quiet except for spin/drain cycle. All-in-all satisfied at this point. Their customer service is terrible however and could not answer a simple question on the liquid bleach dispenser. Old machine had a max fill line, new machine does not. Manual is useless.

We bought this, as we are expecting a baby and knew we would need an extra large washing machine. This hold nearly twice what my old machine would hold. It cleans well, good pressure.

Great matching for large loads. Much shorter run times for big loads. Only issue is balance. Very hard to do. Geek squad is coming this week to get it right. Delivery did not do it.

I have no complaints. The washer is big. Easy to wipe down. I wasn't sure if I should get a front load or top load washer, I'm glad I went with this one. Cloths come out really clean.

This washing machine is leaps and bounds better then our last one (Kenmore Elite front loader). It is quiet and the 4.8 capacity is a dream, you can wash so much in it. All our items come out so fresh and smelling wonderful. The only reason I don't go 5 stars is because the drain hose is only 5' and I needed a minimum of 7'. I understand that what I need is not typical of most so I don't want to fault them to much, but they don't make a hose long enough so I had to make my own. The only other small issue is my wife is 5'1" and she can barely reach the bottom of the drum to get the clothes out. She either has me do it or gets on her tipsy toes.

Didn't want to drop a ton on something that would potentially be replaced again in 8 years...like the Cabrio set we bought about 6 years ago. Hoping the Samsung will go much longer!
