This washer seems to wash well, but is a little noisier than expected. Also, where the soap dispenser is located and the lid opens, makes it difficult when installed under cabinets.

Great washer, clothes feel cleaner and smell great again. Quiet machine easy to use and looks great. Extra soaking tray great for hard stains that need a little extra attention.

Model is extremely quiet. Clothes come out not wrinkled compared to 22 year old agitator model it replaced. Uses less detergent and water also. very happy with this purchase.

So far I've run about a half-dozen loads in this new washer, all of different types (darks, towels, bedding, permanent press). I like the auto-detection of needed water levels. The controls are so easy to use that I never even cracked open the manual. My only complaint is that the tub is so deep I have to stretch to reach the items in the bottom when the wash is done. I am average height (5'6"), and my arms are not short! I doubt that a petite person would be able to reach the bottom of the tub.

We had to get a new one due to the re-call.Still like this machine. For short people you need to step stool to reach to the bottom, but so worth it to do a large load.

I love that this is efficient and has a basket to wash one or two items instead of a full load. It is the reason I chose this over others. Also I like Samsung products.

Very quiet, automatically adds the fabric softener and the detergent. The drum is a little deep but not really an issue. Does a big load of laundry, very happy with this!

I like the sink so I can soak items to help get stains out. I think the tune it plays at the end of the cycle is cool, could be annoying to some. Does a good job washing.

This washer replaces a similar Samsung model that was recalled. Bought the similar model as we really liked the various cycles this washer has and how quiet it is.

Switched back to top load washer from front loader. This model had high capacity and many wash options at a great price.

Replaced washer that stopped working. The sales person was very good and knew her product. I like that you have an area for pre soaking. Easy to understand panels.

Make sure you add 5" to the depth of the space needed. Machine intakes up more space than informed . This washer is much louder than I thought. The inside is deep and I hit my head on the extra feature-- the basket.

Love our new washer and dryer! The scrubbing bin on top of the drum is a great bonus feature and love the steam setting on the dryer. Both are very quiet too!

The built in sink is great for pre treating stains on clothes. Very quiet washing machine, mine is in the closet located in kitchen and doesn't bother me.

I love the the soak sink and the large capacity! I can make 4 loads only 2. A queen sized comforter, duvet, sheets, and pillow cases fit with room to spare.

It looks complicated, lots of options, but it is really easy to use. It even plays a musical tune when the cycle is finished, much nicer than the old buzzers!

This is one of the best washers out there so when your ready to purchase one go to your nearest best buy and purchase one highly recommend this product..

I bought this to match my dryer. I had it delivered and I installed it myself. I was so easy to install. I would definetly recommend this washer again!

You can fit anything in this washing machine. We really like the pre-soak tub. I don't always agree with the temp settings on some of the post options.
