cleans well. Fairly quiet. Intuitive and easy to use controls

We have been using the Samsung washer for a few weeks now and the amount of space/size of load is fantastic. We have had some trouble with getting the washer to maintain balance especially with big towels and bedding but overall I would recommend buying to others.

I've had a couple of Samsungs in the past, but they were front loads, so I was a little hesitant to get a top loader, but this thing is awesome. It fits a ton of clothes in it. It's nice and quiet too. The stain washer is kind of a gimmick, but we didn't pay extra for it, so it's OK. :) Only downside is that the end music is too long.

Bought this because of the built-in sink and we love it. Very quiet operation and easy to use settings. Haven't had it long enough to determine power savings, but it's got to be better than my 20-year replacement!

After much research decided on the Samsung washer and so glad I did! Love all the cycle choices, does a great job on our clothes, is quiet, and the sink is an extra bonus. The drum is deep- I am 5'4" and it is a stretch to get those last few items on the very bottom out so shorter people might need a small stepstool.

We needed to replace a very expensive front loader from Whirlpool that we owned for a few years. Our entire basement has smelled like rotten eggs for as long as we can remember. I purchased this machine from Samsung because it seemed to have good reviews and a good price. My wife came home and didn't know it was delivered. She comes running up from the basement not excited about the machine, but about the fact that the room didn't smell for the first time in years. She is thrilled. Now on to the machine, it has been excellent. Huge capacity, we can do less individual loads. QUIET!!! And the clothes come out cleaner than they have in years. We are very happy with our purchase.

Easy to use, great capacity!! The only thing I don't like is it's hard to reach bottom when unloading... (I'm average height for female)..

I love my washer! It's larger than I could have expected and my clothes come out great every time. I can reach the bottom, which i can't with the bigger samsung that has the sink. This one washes large loads and does it effectively. Would highly recommend this washer!

Love this washer. Sink is a plus even though I have a sink in the laundry room... I can just pre-soak and slide right into the washer. Love the high capacity... Very quiet and cleans everything nicely...

We were surprised to find that Samsung has been receiving top reviews over the past few months/years. We've had it now for two months and everything has been working well. It's much quieter, which is awesome, and we can fit so much more in there!

Very large drum (like 2x the size of my previous washer) which is great - can fit a TON. Good number of settings and seems to wash evenly, although I haven't loaded it too full to test. However, not sure I've mastered how to hand wash without spin, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Relatively quiet as well. Also the size of the hoses/filters behind the machine associated with newer washers and dryers are so big that the machine sticks out a good 8-10 inches from the back wall so make sure you have sufficient space whenever you plan to put it.

This washer is big, many cycle options and pretty quiet. I have yet to fill the tub and there have been some enormous loads washed in it. We are completely satisfied.

I am very pleased with this washer. It has a lot of features and does a good job washing clothes. The capacity is excellent as well. I did not buy the matching dryer, so right now my dryer can't even handle everything that I can put in this washer. With any purchase like this, durability is key. The washer we replaced only lasted a couple years. So, while that may have been a 5 star product in the beginning, it did not end up that way. Hoping this one lasts a bit longer than that.

New washer and dryer after more than 15 years. This Samsung set is aesthetically pleasing and very quiet. I was concerned that a HE washer wouldn't get the job done but this washer is excellent. It's easily adjustable for small, medium, or large loads. Love the soaking basket. Haven't used the steam feature on the dryer yet. Both washer and dryer are quiet. Love the little chimes at the end of the cycles. Both look pretty in the laundry room. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

For everyday laundry tasks, this machine seems to work well for me. I wash a lot of my husband's work clothing that is stained with grease and oil, which is why I chose this machine and the built in "sink". I am able to pre-treat stains in the machine itself, since I don't have a utility sink in my laundry area, this machine makes it much easier for me. I did wash my bedroom comforter in it , and I was a bit disappointed in how well it washed it. The lack of an agitator in the drum meant that the comforter wash not fully submerged...pulled under...the water. I will take it to the laundromat next time. The tub is deep enough that I can just reach the bottom to get items out...I'm 5'6", any one shorter would need a step stool.

I've had this washer for a week and I'm very pleased. The capacity of this washer is amazing. Yesterday, I washed an entire queen comforter, a twin throw, a queen sheet set and still had room. My clothes are cleaner than they've ever been. Its very quiet and the spin cycle is much better than my previous Kenmore. I havent used the sink but its very handy. The only issue I have is with reading the text on the dials and temperature controls in my dimly lit wash room.

Have no complaints best washer I have ever owned only wish i bought it sooner. So easy to use and very spacious for large loads. Absolutely a great buy

So far this machine has been great. It has cut our families wash time by at least half. I love the count down timer so you know exactly how long the washing will take. It also is great about telling you where in the cycle it is. Maybe you forgot to add something, but you already started washing your clothes. The washing machine will allow you to add clothes to it as long as it isn't too late for those clothes to be cleaned. It has a large drum with no middle agitator, which allows for so much more room for your clothes. I was not used to that. I love the sink on top of the machine I can pre-wash any clothes that needs special attention and simply dump it in when it is ready for the full cycle.

Very user friendly and good product. This was a large upgrade from our old LG washer and drier pair. Both washer and drier to a great job with large items and the active wash is a nice feature.

I like how quiet the washer is. You have to clean the washer once a week. It gets a build up of lint and dirt and then your clothes don't appear clean. It shows up on dark clothes the worst. I used it a week and a half and I already had lint marks on my black pants! I wish this was something Samsung would check into. Otherwise I like the washer.
