Very nice and sleek looking. I love that everything is digital. The tub is enormous! Love that too! My only issue with it is that the loads seem to take longer to wash than with my old machine. I've only had it for a week though and I still have much to learn so the time might reduce as I get better at using it.

This thing can handle some laundry. Quiet, looks great, reasonable prices.

We replaced a 10 yr old washing machine with this one - we stayed with the top load and I think it is the right call. we use the "sink" for washing stains and have by now tried all the settings including the "waterproof" setting to great affect. It holds a ton even when you are trying to be sure not overload. you cannot go wrong with this one

After having a front loader machine for three years and hating to leave the door open to prevent a musty smell I opted for a top loader. I was forced to purchase this model after being told the other 2 models wouldn't be available for months....so this is mine by default. Its ok. I wouldn't buy it again knowing what I know now. These machines have issues with coming completely apart when washing items that are water resistant. I'll work with it until it makes me crazy. So far so good. When washing our dog's beds it has issues. This is a bed for a 4 pound chihuahua mind you, so Lord help you is you have. Golden retriever. When I ask it to spin out after getting the unbalanced error message it goes through the dang rinse cycle again! Adding more water when I just want the dang thing to spin out. Dumb.

The features on this washer work well for families with kids. I took a star off because Samsung has terrible customer service. They sent me an overlay sticker for the wash selection to correct an old recall, however, the sticker was for a different model washer and, consequently, the selection knob was inaccurate. Samsung offered no solutions.
