Great washer

The serial number on this model says it not part of the recall, but with Samsung's record of products being defective who knows if it's great or a lemon. But for now its a great machine. Will recommend but only if you research thoroughly the product first if you are going to purchase.

Lots of features, great mid-tier option

Was pleased to see the wash settings have been updated for more specific situations and the addition of the prewash basket. The only complaint is that the prewash basket hanging from the lid prevents you from pouring detergent or fabric softener directly from the jug due to how close they are.

Great washing machine

So, we went back to a standard top loading washer and matching dryer. This washer packs all the new features in a familiar style of washer. We're pleased with the options and its ability to operate as expected.

Good washer replacement

Decided to buy a new one rather than have a fix made on the old one. The new washer is very similar to what I replaced except for the addition of a prewash basket. So far I am happy with the replacement. Not happy that Samsung made a defective washer.
