This active washer is Amazing with its functionality and washing settings . I love the way it automatically eveningly distributes the wash load before the wash starts. The drum is a nice size, making it great for my king size comforters. I highly recommend this product if you're shopping around for a new washer. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

Nice top load washer with plenty of settings. Sometimes the clothes do tend to get a bit tangled up; have to unwind them before putting into the dryer. Aesthetically a great looking washer! I actually owned the same washer a year ago, but sold it with the house. Went back to buy a new set and picked out the same one!

Love this washer. Great for large families laundry

This is our first top load HE washer and it works great. I thought it would be quieter which is why I gave 4 stars. Clothes come out clean, so many cycles to choose from and hand wash basin is great to have if you don't have a sink in your laundry room.

My first washer that was delivered was a lemon but after speaking to geek squad on the phone a woman authorized the delivery of a new one to remedy the situation. After this I was convinced that purchasing the additional warranty is a must looking forward. The new one works great and I love how Best Buy handled everything!

Washer isn't too big but handles large loads great

I honestly bought this item because it was an open box and the price could not be beat.

Great Washing Machine. Very large tub. Very happy.

Only negative is Samsung chose a poor design for the pre-wash tub. I LOVE and use the tub often. Unfortunately it's in the way of the soap dispenser making it very difficult to add soap. Also, if you aren't aware, it's quite easy to bang your head on the pre-soak tub when reaching into the washer to remove clothes.

Love the large tubs and they are energy efficient.

I had spent a lot of money on my last set of washer dryer only to realize all the fancy tricks didn't really make clothes more cleaner. Told myself that I won't spend as much next time. This one does the job much cheaper! However, it is noisy!

Overall, the washer isn't bad. It looks good and is very easy to use. However, it does not wash clothes as well as my old machine (whites don't get as white) and it easy goes off balance, extending the time it can take to do a load of laundry.

Product washes great. It's quiet. Spin cycle is good, gets clothes towels pretty dry before having to either air dry or use the dryer. CON - The fill for detergent and softner is a pain to get the last bit out of big jugs because the "washboard" lifts and gets in the way. Other than that nothing major.
