I purchase this product just in time, and it was delivered just in time. My LG machine that I purchased from Best Buy broke down for the 3rd time, so instead of getting it fixed, I decided to purchase a new one, and I'm so glad that I did. My clothes smell so fresh and so clean!! Thanks

I love the size of the washer but I can't figure out if I wash a small load does the washer automatically compensate for the smaller load as far as water usage? Sometimes the clothes have a mildew smell and need to be re washed.

I will say that I had to have mine replaced bc the spin cycle wouldn't work on first one. Best buy replaced it with no issues, and haven't had an issue since. It was just a lemon, but I give a good working one 5 stars. Washes clothes in a timely matter and Im impressed with it.

Purchased this washer as a replacement for my recalled Samsung washing machine - lots of washing options, big enough to wash king size bedding, efficient, quiet, overall a great washer. My only complaint is there is not an "extra rinse" option like there was on my old washer.

After our previous washing machine overflowed and flooded the house, we found Samsung provided us the best features for the money. We were not disappointed when we got it home and began using it! This particular model has some very powerful jets, and really gets the job done.

Great washer for the price you are getting, specially if it is on sale. You can go with the more fancy looking washing machines but this one does the job just right. It does take some time an average of an hour to wash your clothes but it is very water and energy efficient.

I really like this machine. It is efficient and quiet. I especially like the built in sink to spot clean a shirt before putting it in the machine. I have used this feature many times. It is a great feature to have if you don't have a sink in your laundry room.

I love my new washer...however I feel that the built-in sink is pointless. It's way more complicated to use then I thought it would be, overall I love the washer.

Fairly easy to learn to use, quiet, and I like the way the machine "sings" (plays a little tune) when the wash is complete. I like the extra wash basin at the top (for pre-treating), although so far have only used it to lay something out to dry on it.

Lover the washer and all the new functions. Everything comes in helpful with all different wash modes. My washer dryer room is very small so the convince of having the pre soak tray is just great!!!

I am 5'2" and I cannot reach into the bottom of this washer. Other than that it is amazing. I love the sink on the top where things can be rinsed off if soiled; this would be fantastic if you have kids! It also has plenty of settings and it sings to you!

I love this washer. I bought it because it matches my dryer that I also love. The only problem that others might encounter is the super deep tub. Since I'm fairly tall and have long arms that is not an issue for me, but it might be for shorter people.

I love all of the cycle options. My daughter went to camp and came back with sandy clothes, after washing there was some crud in the bottom so I just ran the self clean option and I have a nice clean washing machine again. I LOVE that it cleans itself!

I purchased this for two reasons. I have a Samsung dryer with steam which needed a hookup with the Samsung washer and I wanted a large tub to eliminate a few loads. Both are met by this washer. I've only had it a month, but so far it is great.

Very good product for that low price. Recently, I got little weird noise while running. It happened for the recent cycle. I am waiting for next cycle. But I love shopping at bestbuy. This is the only shop where you can see and feel the products.

I love this washing machine. I love how it has a timer. I chose this one because of the built in sink. At our house, we don't have a sink in the laundry room so the built in sink saves me from lugging stuff from the bathroom to the laundry room!

This washer is great compliment to the gas dryer. This unit has many functions, the coolest one being the pre rinse/soak sink. The numerous settings can accommodate all washing options.

I've gotten this machine as a replacement to the machine I originally purchased that was recalled by Samsung shortly thereafter. This replacement machine is actually better! Lots of great features, lots of options, does a very nice job

Good value for the money. Very quiet. Not crazy about the sink function. Seems to get in my way when bending down to pull out the clothes. All in all a big improvement over the Samsung washer that was voluntarily called back.
