Honestly I bought this for the wife, so I don't know how much "better" it is than our old one. But based on the "high efficiency" name and all, I'd assume it's good. She hasn't said anything bad about it yet lol. Must be good.

So far I have only had this washer for 1 week. I find the tub very deep. I am only 5-5 so I have to stand on my tippy toes to get my clothes out of this washer. Maybe they should include a step stool with the new designs. lol

Great washer! Only problem I've had is I'm short and have to use a stool to get the clothes out of the bottom.

I bought my first Samsung washer at Best Buy. Found out that it was defective. Bought another Samsung because I really liked my 1st one. The sales people are the best but they have wrong information about Samsung. Samsung states on their website (and the sales person also told us) that there would be an additional $150 for customer loyalty. Samsung says that the customer loyalty is already in the quote that they give you BEFORE you have purchased your new replacement Samsung washer. They lied.

I had the option to upgrade due to Samsung recall, so I did. The active wash sink is a great add on. I do not have a sink in the laundry so this adds great function.

Bought this washer due to the recall on the previous version. Samsung is covering the entire cost. We did not experience a problem on the unit that was replaced.

Just about 2 months into this washing machine and so far it's been good, no complaints whatsoever! Haven't used active wash yet but maybe later on I will! So for this 2 months this washing machine does its job!

I would have given this washer 5 stars but I do not like the basket that is attached it's very hard to add your laundry detergent if someone could give me a suggestion on how to remove it I would appreciate it.

I gave it a four star only because of the location of the soap tray. It's a little difficult to pour your soup into the tray because of the lead being in the way.

Is the first time I buy samsung equipments and is really awesome. I really recommend this kind of product and buying it in best buy was the best choice because they treat you very good and with the best offers.

best washer I've ever owned... large capacity, cleans really well, quiet & energy efficient... it even sings a little song when it's done. so much nicer to hear than the old BUUUZZZZ of my previous Washer...

This washing machine has more "bells and whistles" than I originally planned on having, but I'm so in love! The drum is huge and can accommodate large loads. It cuts down on all my loads and time spent.

I really like the small soaking basket in this machine. The automated size of load is a great feature. I know I'm not using more water than is necessary. This was a replacement from the Samsung recall.

This washer is great, I am very pleased, the only feature I don't like is that if it is unbalance it will keep filling up with water. So if you aren't paying attention you will have a huge water bill.

The items to be washed MUST be placed in the tub very carefully and evenly or the machine will start knocking and be out of balance. Very time consuming!

When the machine is on the weight can shift pretty easily, causing an error message. Readjusting the clothes gets it working again. Other than that there have been no issues. Works as expected!

Love how quiet the washer is and it cleans everything great like the presoak and all the other stuff it can do like big blankets and bed spreads.

After finding out that our original washer was part of the massive recall, we were hesitant to replace it with another Samsung product. So far the washer has been great and no explosion.

The washer is great! It has a lot of different wash loads options. The pre-soak and aqua jet functions are cool. I like the way you can customize your wash how you want to. Great buy
